APPEARANCE HEIGHT 6'00 WEIGHT 200 lbs  Nikano has a youthful appearance and is a fairly tall person. His build is average for a person of his age and job, being lean and built for speed. He has aqua green eyes and spiky raven black hair, reaching back of his neck. On his chest he has several tattooslink that are actually made of several Kuchiyose: Raikō Kenka seals written so small and densely packed that he seems to have make full tattoos. The only way to tell that they are seals with Sharingan or Byakugan. He wears a black kimono, with a white sash that holds his daitō. The back of his outfit has his clan symbol on it, with three black tomoe put on top of it (one on the red top and two on the white part). When on ANBU Missions, Nikano's outfitlink changes greatly. He wears a long-sleeved, ankle-length white coat (or shihakushō) with black lining, which is closed at his chest and left to flare out into ragged ends. The ends of the sleeves and top of the outfit have black fur on them. His mask is a black 'bull' horned mask, with a white horn pattern on the head. | ||||||||
PERSONALITY NINDO: Justice and Law come before all. As the Head of the Uchiha Clan, Nikano acts in an aristocratic manner. He always seems peaceful and caring towards other people, even while actually deeply conflicted. He is also very polite to others, especially if he sees them as worth it. An example is that, when he is not on missions he refers to everyone by their first name. He is notably calm, even in battle. He generally acts indifferent in his decisions, siding always on Law and Justice, regardless of personal bonds and ties. Nikano is very perceptive, and even without his Sharningan he can pick up small details in conversations. Nikano strongly believes in law and order. As an Uchiha, especially the clan head, this is his duty. He feels that if someone of his power and influence does not follow the laws as a good example, no one else will. He also believes that to maintain the order, all criminals must be punished, even if it goes against his own wishes. Additionally he also believes that 'laws' are far above the 'rules of a shinobi' and considers all 'rules of shinobi' to be merely useless ideals. In spite of his icy and regal manner, Nikano cares for and protects those important to him. If someone he cares about is going a mission of high rank mission, he will demand to go along with them, regardless of how prepared they may or may not be. Nikano is what can only be described as "a brain that knows how brains work." He is a psychologist, a researcher of the human brain. He knows it as he does the back of his hand and, while merely seeing it as a means to an end, when torturing victims, gives the impression that it is unbeatable skill. In torture he is merciless and cold, and will often adapt to what he knows will make his victim break. | ||||||||
HISTORY Twenty-Four years ago, Nikano was born into the Uchiha clan. It was a time of war between shinobi over one demonic tailed beast, Juubei. That is until he turned four, at which point it became Shinobi versus Juubei. For three years after that their forces would train and every person who could use ninjutsu would be called on to fight. Now seven, Nikano was that a low ranked shinobi, only able to watch as his clan members thought off a clone of the Juubei, along with several non clan shinobi. This clone had the same color as the other clones, but its form was much more detailed, and formed that of a giant dragon. It could use all five elements to make living dragons clones of itself, essentially making itself, and living dragons of fire, water, lightning, earth, and wind. The Uchiha that were there copied the jutsu that the clone had made, Nikano's father and mother making the Fire and Lightning variants, while his brother made the Earth variant, albiet in combo with other medium power. Each went against its common enemy, leaving only the ones created by the Uchiha there. Thanks to the other clans distracting it, all the Uchiha pooled their chakra together to combine the dragons into a dragon five times that of the clone, and destroy it. However the pool was so great that Nikano's older brother died, causing his Sharingan to awaken. During the next two years he would train and travel with his family, hoping to get strong enough to help. During the beginning of these two years he would train with his father and mother, both skilled shinobi. However three months later it was revealed that his mother was pregnant, and as such training fell solely on his father, who fought just as Nikano does now. His training with his father was brutal, but back then it was necessary, as you either got stronger, or died. His training would consist mostly of increasing his genjutsu, ninjutsu, and sharingan skills. Two years later, which his baby brother was born, this only pushed his want to train further, only stopping when further training would be a detriment to his health. At the start of this training, his father would rate him as a D-ranked Shinobi. By the end of the war, he would be considered a B-rank shinobi by most shinobi in the clan. Even with this training regiment, it wouldn't be until he was ten that he would be allowed to join in their first battle against a Juubei Clone. Here they were helping another group of clanless shinobi, as was their job, to fight a Juubei Clone that seemed incredibly unstable. It had no set form, constantly changing to its desires. Here he would fight it mostly with his blade, not really doing much more than any other until he did something for the first time: he copied a jutsu. The Juubei Clone seemed to inflate before shooting several large bullets of wind, which destroyed rock. Using his Sharingan, and recently taught wind element, he copied the technique as well as used Endan, creating powerful balls of fire that burned through the clone, melting pieces of it off. It was then obvious: when combining wind and fire together, it melted the clone and wouldn't let it reform. Ever Uchiha come together with every wind user, they joined a gigantic Great Fireball with an equally gigantic Great Wind Breakthrough, making the clone explode. This cycle would repeat until he was fourteen, where the Juubei would finally die. Eventually word of the Ten Tail's defeat would spread, and the death of the Shokage as well. A mix of sorrow and joy filled the land as both their best shinobi and worst threat were gone. However, Nikano's family had grown in the time of war. Training for seven years straight since becoming C-rank shinobi, he was now the equivalency of a B-rank shinobi, his parents being on equal ground, and his younger brother, who also had unlocked his Sharingan, was a C-rank shinobi. For another three years they devoted their lives to helping the citizens of Hi no Kuni, until the day came when the Nidaime Kage announced the creation of Shinobi Villages. Along with several clans of Hi no Kuni, the Uchiha, and thus Nikano, went to join Konohagakure, which had a clan member as the Hokage. During this time, Nikano's personality would become interested in two things: law and the human mind. First came laws, that which kept people in check. In his mind, law stopped people from doing things that spawned hate, and as such made it so the Juubei could never be a thing again. As such he would devote his life to upholding the law. In public he would do everything he could, but that wasn't enough, there were something shinobi just couldn't do. So he began studying the mind, seeing ways he could convince people to side with law and justice. However he soon found there was no way to convince people to do as such without forcing them. So he was left with a choice, abandon something he spent a year of his life so far studying, or force the law upon all, whether they want it or not. The answer came four days after he was confronted with this dilemma, in the form of his brother carrying home the corpse of his lover in his arms. On a mission to deal with some bandits, they had actually been tricked by rouge ninja, and nearly killed, his brother surviving by "burning them alive as slowly as possible." At that point it became obvious to him, his brother had been filled with hate for rouge shinobi, and was seeking to destroy every one that had been involved with his lover's murder. His brother's lust for revenge was so great he did something neither sibling ever thought he'd do, cast a genjutsu on his younger brother. Using his sharingan, he kept his younger brother in a genjutsu, constantly recasting it until his brother calmed down. Afterwards he reminded his brother of what shinobi's hatred had led to in the first place, he convinced his brother to do it for Justice, not vengeance, and his dilemma was then solved: law was the only thing standing between them and another Juubei, and as such any and all means to uphold it was worth it. At the age of nineteen, when he had completely learned how the human psyche worked, he would dedicate to now improving his abilities beyond what they were. He would train his bukijutsu, using it in tandem with elements and his Sharingan to make them all the more deadly. He would even use genjutsu to an extreme degree, revealing a latent potential in that area, and when combined with his Sharingan and other skills made him into an illusionary monster. Now twenty, the leader saw Nikano and another Uchiha as the two most potential heirs of the clan. As such they both had to fight in an Agni' Kai. The battle was intense, Nikano's genjutsu being useless, and his opponent's ninjutsu were being canceled by his own. Eventually the fight came down to one move. The other Uchiha charged with his blade, thrusting towards his center. One last genjutsu was used, Nehan Shōja no Jutsu. Taking advantage of the moment where his enemy dispelled the jutsu effects early, he took out his Daitō and impaled him through his heart, killing him. Now the clan head, and his abilities revealed, he was approached by the Hokage himself, asking him to join the ANBU Black Ops. Seeing his chance to force the law upon others, without breaking the influence he held, even more now than ever, he joined. Completely changing his look for his missions he became the White Shadow, training and working as an ANBU for the rest of his life. For years he would go on many missions, most being ANBU, torture, or capture. Now the battle between the Kyubei and Konoha shinobi has gone underway, and although late, the clan head of the Uchiha was now on his way to help destroy or tame what was the closest thing to the Juubei. | ||||||||
SPECIALIZATIONS: Sharingan:  Eye Of Insight Skill Rank: C Skill level Description: Nikano unlocked his Sharingan as a D-rank ninja, and has been training since. Now a fully second stage Sharingan, Nikano has the ability to keep it active nearly all the time, although he chooses not to out of preference. Being the clan head his Sharingan is one of the strongest of his time. However he has a preference for Hypnotism, rather than Insight. While good enough to see most attacks coming and predict where an attack is to land, it is not as strong as others such as Issho's. He mostly uses it to notice changes in a victim's body to tell if they are lying when being tortured. He also uses this time give the illusion of future sight. He can mimic any jutsu of B-rank or lower that he also meets the prerequisites for. Eye Of Hypnotism: Rank: B Absolute, the only way to describe Nikano's power with this. Between this and his skill in Genjutsu, even the lowest ranks of genjutsu cast by his eyes can seem as if they were really happening. He can supposedly 'enter someone's mind' with genjutsu and obtain information, torture the victim, relay information, paralyze, if it can be done with the Eye of Hypnotism, he can do it, even reflecting any genjutsu back on the user. He can even force emotions onto others, cause large amounts of pain. NINJUTSU: SKILL RANK: B SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Nikano's second field of expertise. To him, ninjutsu is a second language, his immense knowledge, understand, and talent of all parts of ninjutsu make it so few can match him. He has a large amount ninjutsu at his disposal that can be used for an equal amount of purposes. Katon, Fuuton, and Raiton are his natures of choice. He normally uses Fuuton to enhance his Katon, while using Raiton as a thing to skewer his enemies. TAIJUTSU: SKILL RANK: C SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Taijutsu is Nikano's one trick pony area. His strength is average, his flexibility is average, literally everything but speed is average. His speed however is so fast that when he moves, even without body flicker, he seems to loose shape, becoming a 'shadow'. In his regular outfit he would become a black human shaped blur, while in his ANBU outfit he would become a white human shaped blur. (thus the name Shirokage) BUKIJUTSU: SKILL RANK: D SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Nikano's Bukijutsu skills are good, as one would expect from an ANBU Black Ops Member. His accuracy is enough to kill with his Daitō, and speed is not something to be mocked. However he relies mostly on tricks to hurt people with his weapons rather than just the weapon itself. GENJUTSU: SKILL RANK: B SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Genjutsu, Nikano's bread and butter. To him genjutsu is as simple as walking. He understands how to get his opponents attention, how to trap them, and how to make sure they have a pain in the ass time getting out. He through his knowledge of the human psyche, he can make the illusions so realistic that most people cannot tell that he has put them under one. Additionally his genjutsu take an abnormal amount of pain to get out of, even for shinobi. The gaps between the trigger of his genjutsu, and the genjutsu themselves are so brief that those who don't know his fighting style take a while to realize they have been put under. His strength with genjutsu even flows into defending against it, as even without his sharingan he can detect when he is in one. This combined with his Sharingan and talents as a mental torturer. With this he can cause mental damage to the point of suicide. FUUINJUSTU: SKILL RANK: E SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Nikano's Fuuinjutsu leaves something to be desired. He only knows one jutsu and he learned that through observation wtih Sharingan, and then slighty adapted for his own use. | ||||||||

He can use many high costing techniques without wearing out. This has purposefully be trained to get bigger by nearly constantly training and meditating. Enhanced Physical Trait: Lightning Reflexes Nikano's reflexes grew alongside his speed, allowing his speed and sharingan to be used with maximum efficiency. Even without sharingan active he can dodge or catch in-coming projectiles in mid-air, dodge and maneuver around complex attacks, or react quicker to what shinobi of his skill level take more time to react to. In his job, especially on Assassination missions, he needs this skill to adapt to the enemies movements and find weak points to strike. Occupational Trait: Psychologist Nikano has spent years studying the human brain. What it sees as real and fake, how people think and act, all of that fun stuff. This allows him to both manipulate opponents, increase the realism of his genjutsu, keep his body in check so people cann't tell that he is lying, and even predict attacks easier. This particularly shows when he is torturing someone, as he will begin to break their mind in any and all ways he can.
