NAME: Neko no Nyā [The Cat's Meow] RANK: D CHAKRA USAGE: None CLASSIFICATION: Summon Restrict | Taijutsu ELEMENT: N/A DESCRIPTION: Using the speed and grace required of the practitioners of Neko Kumite the user of this jutsu will dash toward their opponent feigning an attack. At the very last moment they will seemingly disappear from view. This is because they will have dropped to the ground in a baseball slide through the opponent's legs. Once they pass through their opponent's legs they will scissor kick their legs to hit the target in the knees making them drop to their knees. This is a great jutsu to set up other jutsu of the Neko Kumite. NAME: Kiti no Ai [The Eye of the Kitty] RANK: D CHAKRA USAGE: None CLASSIFICATION: Summon Restrict | Taijutsu ELEMENT: N/A DESCRIPTION: This technique requires the target to be in a kneeling position. The user of this jutsu will then quickly dash to the side of them kicking their elbow forcing their hand up to their face. This will hopefully cause the target to poke themselves in the eye causing disorientation and possible blindness for a few moments based on how hard they poke themselves in the eye. NAME: Inuhakka [Catnip] RANK: D CHAKRA USAGE: None CLASSIFICATION: Summon Restrict | Taijutsu ELEMENT: N/A DESCRIPTION: This technique requires the user's back to be to the target of the attack. The user will then front flip as soon as their target is in range and kick their legs out before wrapping them around the targets neck and using their momentum to whip them around throwing them to the ground. NAME: Neko senshizu: Hi-ge [Cat Senses: Whiskers] RANK: D CHAKRA USAGE: Low CLASSIFICATION: Summon Restrict | Taijutsu ELEMENT: N/A DESCRIPTION: By using chakra to stimulate the growth of facial hair the user of this jutsu will grow whiskers similar to a cats. Whiskers give cats extraordinarily detailed information about nearby air movements and objects with which they make physical contact, the same can be said for the whiskers this jutsu makes as they do the same for their human counterpart. They also enable the user to know that they are near obstacles without it needing to see them. Whiskers also aid during fast paced movement. When the user is unable to see their target because they are too close to their face or the user is moving much too fast, their whiskers move so as to form a basket shape around their mouth in order to precisely detect the target's location.. However how effective the jutsu is directly relates to how well the user can read those vibrations and react upon them. NAME: Neko no Nazo [The Cat's Mystery] RANK: D CHAKRA USAGE: None CLASSIFICATION: Summon Restrict | Taijutsu ELEMENT: N/A DESCRIPTION: This technique is a defensive move that uses the targets own momentum against them to causes strain and either dislocate or pull the muscles of one of their limbs. When being attacked by one of the targets limbs either arms or legs the user will jump into the air moving in the same general direction of the punch. While doing this they will latch on to said limb pulling it back further than was intended. Because this happens so suddenly the target could end up falling over.
