NAME: – Fuinjutsu: Kai RANK: -- C TECH TYPE:—Universal Fuin ELEMENT: N/A CHAKRA USAGE:—Very Low-Very High DESCRIPTION: -- This technique was designed to counter general Fuinjutsu and juinjutsu used against shinobi. The jutsu enables a shinobi to release a seal, be it fuin or juin that has been placed on themselves or an object. It is the least harmful option for combating fuinjutsu, besides the caster cancelling it. To use the jutsu, the effected ninja would to send a surge of chakra throughout their body to disrupt the flow of the seal caster's chakra within the seal; this is called Fuinjutsu Kai. This can also be done by an unaffected ninja by applying a sudden surge of chakra into the affected person. Without this jutsu one would have to sear or cut the flesh the seal is applied to from the body. It should be noted that this jutsu does not work on specialized seals such as one’s to seal bijuu. NAME: – Enso-kei kumo | Chloric Cloud RANK: -- D TECH TYPE:-- Universal | Fuin ELEMENT: N\A CHAKRA USAGE:-- low DESCRIPTION: – Kira created Enso-kei kumo or Enso Kumo for short, during her years within the Mizukage's Mist coalition. The user will first place the seal on an inanimate object. Once the seal is placed a green seal in the shape of a cloud will appear upon contact. The seal will generate, create, emit or otherwise produce a gas, that irritates the respiratory system causing coughing and vomiting. The seal lasts three post before dissipating. NAME: – Akushū | Stench RANK: -- D TECH TYPE:-- Universal | Fuin ELEMENT: N\A CHAKRA USAGE:-- Low DESCRIPTION: -- Another seal created by Kira can generate an odor to repel, slow down, paralyze or even render foe(s) unconscious, depending on the shinobi’s rank. The seal must be placed on an organic target. Once place, the smell will leak from the target’s body. For humans this could come from pores , arm pits, smelly feet or farts depending the sealing formula used, for plant life the seal will cause the blooming plant to smell of death. NAME: – Kagayaku | To Shine RANK: – D rank TECH TYPE:—Universal fuinjutsu ELEMENT: n\a CHAKRA USAGE:-- very low DESCRIPTION: -- Using the Silent Sealing Style, Kira will place this seal upon her enemy. Once the seal is placed a black sun will form on the point of contact. The seal releases chakra throughout the user's body, causing their body to glow a bright blue hue. The glow can be compared to bio-luminescence instead of the likes of a chakra aura. The light is bright enough for the affected shinobi to not be able to see without squinting their eyes, while also being bright enough to light up their immediate vicinity during a fight within the dark. This seal last until it's removed by the Fuinjutsu: kai technique. NAME: – Sokudo | Speed RANK: – C TECH TYPE:-- Universal Fuin ELEMENT: N\A CHAKRA USAGE:-- Medium DESCRIPTION: -- This jutsu allows the user to temporarily enhance the targets' movement speed by placing a seal on the person's body. Once the seal is placed, either the user or the target can activate the seal and start it's effects. The seal releases chakra and focuses throughout the body increasing the target's natural movement speed. This jutsu increases the overall speed of the ninja's body, from hand seals to punches and kicks, even how fast they initiate a jutsu, such as blowing flames or expelling water. That being said, the seal increases these parameters 1 grade letter higher than the shinobi's base level. Meaning a D rank shinobi would move as fast as a C rank and so forth. Lastly, the seal lasts three posts after it's activated by the target. NAME: -- Seiryoku | Power RANK: – C TECH TYPE:—Universal Fuin ELEMENT: n\a CHAKRA USAGE:-- Medium DESCRIPTION: -- This jutsu allows the user to temporarily enhance the targets' strength by placing a seal on the person's body. Once the seal is placed, either the user or the target can activate the seal and start it's effects. The seal releases chakra and focuses throughout the body increasing the invigorating the shinobi's muscles. Because the seal sends chakra to every muscles, this jutsu increases the overall strength of the ninja's body, from arms to kicks, even how cutting or smashing power when using Bukijutsu. That being said, the seal increases these parameters 1 grade letter higher than the shinobi's base level. Meaning a B rank shinobi would have as much natural strength as a standard A rank shinobi (Not counting SAs) Lastly, the seal lasts three posts after it's activated by the target. |
