Kurobōshi [Black Cap] | NAME: Kurobōshi [Black Cap] WEAPON TYPE: Personal RANK: C APPEARANCE: The Black Cap has a relatively short, dark grey handle with a twisted spike in its pommel and a light grey tip with a dark grey, zig-zagging stripe on it. The tip fans out and acts as a pedestal for the head of the staff. The head of the staff is a grey statue of a mushroom-like creature with yellow eyes that have a reflective glazed surface. ABILITIES: Spore Release: By channeling chakra into the handle of the staff, the eyes on the figurehead begin to glow. Once the staff has been directed at a target, a small blast of spores (max 5-10 ft) can be released from the tip of the staff. This costs a different amount of chakra for the different spore types; - Normal Spores (Very Low): A puff of normal spores is just a concentrated burst of them, might obscure vision for a few seconds or make someone cough like a smoke bomb, but generally pretty average.
- Hardened Spores (Very Low): Hardened Spores are used in condensed concentrations meaning they have physical impact force like a punch or a kick would. Their density means that they could be quickly used for defense from weaker techniques and they could also be used as an attack.
- Flammable Spores (Low): Flammable Spores are released in either a 1 ft wide dense cloud as a projectile or a thin spread mist that can go up to 20 ft or so. These spores are flammable and can ignite.
- Noxious Spores (Low): Noxious Spores are released in a forceful puff from the tip of the staff that works best at close range and mostly fades after 20-30 ft. The noxious spores can choke the opponent and make them nauseous.
- Illuminating Spores (Very Low): Illuminating Spores are released either as a constant very low cost as a small light from the tip of the staff that can illuminate 10-20 ft clearly, or as a 1 ft wide glowing puffball of spores that can illuminate 20-30 ft clearly but doesn't move.
