NAME: Suiton: Suiryoku Denwa (Water Release: Hydro Phone) CHAKRA USAGE: Low RANK: D ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: Using the principle that sound waves move faster through liquids than gases, the user places their face into the water and speaks, allowing anyone submerged beneath the surface to hear their voice as if they were speaking right next to them. NAME: Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu [Water Shuriken Technique] RANK: D ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] CHAKRA USAGE: Very Low DESCRIPTION: The user creates 10 shuriken made out of water, and throws them at the opponent in quick succession. These water shuriken have the same cutting power as their metal counterparts. NAME: Suiton: Naminorigeki [Water Release: Surfing Strike] RANK: C ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] CHAKRA USAGE: Low DESCRIPTION: Using their Suiton chakra the user of this jutsu creates a jet of water beneath their feet. This jet of water acts as a wave of water that the user rides and directs in the direction of the opponent. This jutsu can be used for various purposes like crashing the jet of water into the opponent as well as using the jet of water either to close distance or create distance from the user and the opponent. Lastly when used to crash the wave of water into the opponent the user who is riding the wave can then launch a combo attack making the jutsu much more effective. NAME: Suiton: Sukēto (Water Release: Skating) CHAKRA USAGE: Very Low RANK: C ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: A faster way of travelling across the surface of a body of water, the user begins skating across the surface of the water, which propels them forwards at faster speeds reaching up to 40 km/h. NAME: Suiton: Shi o doraggu (Water Release: Dragging Death) CHAKRA USAGE: Low RANK: C ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: Modeled after the Doton: Shinjū Zanshu no Jutsu, the user hides within a puddle or body of water for the target to appear above them, before grabbing their ankles and pulling them forcefully downwards into the water, trading places with their target. NAME: Suiton: Yarimasu Ro (Water Release: Do the Dew) CHAKRA USAGE: Low Medium RANK: C ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: The user creates a coating of chakra infused dew over a 20m radius. Anyone who steps into this area can then be tracked for two hours afterwards provided they do not move into an area of low humidity or change their clothes. NAME: Suiton: Ekijōkagenshō (Water Release: Liquifaction) CHAKRA USAGE: Low Medium RANK: C ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: Placing their hand on the ground, the user forces suiton chakra into the soft earth below wherever the target is standing, causing it to soften and become moist. As long as the target is within 20m they will then be tripped up by the sudden loss of footing and possibly fall into the watery mud below them. NAME: Suiton: Mizu dāto (Water Release: Water Dart) CHAKRA USAGE: Low Medium RANK: C ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: The user coats their hand in a layer of suiton chakra before thrusting it forward, firing a highly pressurized dart of water capable of piercing straight through flesh. The dart is estimated to travel at around twice the speed of a kunai, so the technique is incredibly useful for a quick assault. NAME: Suiton: Taihōgan (Water Release: Cannonball) CHAKRA USAGE: Low RANK: C ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: Taking an amount of water, the user pressurizes it until it becomes a perfect sphere around the size of a fist. Using their chakra to manipulate it's movement, the user is able to throw the cannon ball. The ball is no good for defense however, as a significant slashing or piercing attack would pop it like a bubble. NAME: Suiton: Marukoporo (Water Release: Marco Polo) CHAKRA USAGE: Low RANK: C ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: Mixing their chakra with a source of water, the user creates a small blade beneath the surface and causes it to extend upwards from beneath the target at the speed of a kunai. The blade can extend up to 10 ft, however it cannot move from it's original trajectory. NAME: Suiton: Umi Kami Okage (Water Release: Poseidon's Blessing) CHAKRA USAGE: Low - Medium (depending on how long the jutsu is maintained for) RANK: C ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: Manipulating a volume of water to create a thin ring around themselves, making the water spin rapidly. The water then acts like a fixed rotating blade. While it does restrict the movement of the user, it allows them to stop anyone from coming too close. NAME: Chika Mizu no uzu [Underground Water Vortex] RANK: C CHAKRA USAGE: Medium ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: The user creates a powerful torrent of suiton beneath them, which swirls viciously until it can get to the point of digging into the earths surface. The suiton then becomes a high powered tunneling vortex which travels through the earth, making a canal of sorts. This allows the user to rumble through the ground, allowing them to come up at any given point via the suiton jet powering them through. However, this only works with softer ground. NAME: Issene Tsume [Lobster Claw] RANK: C CHAKRA USAGE: Medium ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: The user forms a couple handseals and swirling cyclones of water spirals form around their hands, getting larger and larger until each hand forms into large suiton lobster claws. The user condenses their suiton chakra, making the claws hard as rock. These claws can be used in a variety of ways, completely under the users control as if they were her own hands. NAME: Uzu [Vortex] RANK: C CHAKRA USAGE: Low ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: The shinobi will encase themselves in a spiraling vortex of suiton. The user then uses this technique to catch the light in such a way that the light bounces off the water and the user then becomes invisible for a few moments. NAME: Suiton: Kumonosu (Water Release: Spider's Web) CHAKRA USAGE: Medium RANK: B ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: The user spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, forming it into large net covering a wide area of 50 yards. This can then be used to bind several targets, preventing them from moving due to the water's stickiness. The web cannot be cut by weapons that are not infused with chakra, as normal weapons will get stuck along with the target. NAME: Suiton: Mizu hōchō (Water Release: Water Cleaver) CHAKRA USAGE: Medium RANK: B ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: Forming a large amount of water in the stomach, the user then expels all the water at once. The water forms into a very dense blade as it launches forward, capable of shearing straight through stone. The blade can only travel 30m before it disperses. NAME: Suiton: Mizumofu (Water Release: Water Blanket) CHAKRA USAGE: Medium RANK: B ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: While standing on a body of water, the user creates a large canopy of suiton chakra to cover themselves and anyone standing near them from aerial attacks. NAME: Suiton: Daikonran (Water Release: Maelstrom) CHAKRA USAGE: Medium RANK: B ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: Placing their hand on the surface of a body of water, the user creates a whirlpool with the target as the epicenter, dragging them down deep into the depths of the water. This technique can only be used with deep bodies of water. NAME: Suiton: Kotai mizu (Water Release: Solid Water) CHAKRA USAGE: Medium RANK: B ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: By placing their hand on a body of water, the user is capable of making the surface of a body of water capable of withstanding large amounts of physical pressure. The surface properties of the water are found to be similar to concrete. This technique ends as soon as the user removes their hand from the surface of the water or a significant force is able to break through the surface, though the force required to do so would have to be enough to break stone. It can however be easily broken from below . NAME: Suiton: Suisha (Water Release: Water Wheel) CHAKRA USAGE: Medium RANK: B ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: Gathering Suiton chakra into one's stomach, the user expels it in a powerful stream, and manipulating it into a spinning wheel of water almost 3 meters in diameter which is then launched towards the target. This wheel is capable of crushing boulders when launched, travelling at speeds of up to 50 km/h. NAME: Bōei u ēbu [Defense Wave] RANK: B CHAKRA USAGE: Medium ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: The shinobi creates a large wave of water, quickly condensing it so the wave becomes hard and acts as a defense, breaking an incoming attack down so that it destroys itself or dissipates. NAME: Jetto Karyu [Jet Stream] RANK: B CHAKRA USAGE: Medium ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: The shinobi forms the suiton to create a quick, condensed jet of water, that propels forward like a jet (moving at 6yards per second). This jutsu forms and acts quickly, making a close encounter with it very dangerous. From a distance it is not as powerful. NAME: Fuyakemashita Hashira [Soggy Pillars] RANK: B CHAKRA USAGE: Medium ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: In this instance the shinobi will use an already existing body of a water and with it, form six pillars which all shoot up around an opponent in an attempt to bind them. NAME: Gyakutai saikuron [Battering Cyclone] RANK: B CHAKRA USAGE: Medium - High ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: A large wave of water will rush to the enemy’s location and quickly start spinning around them quickly. After the top speed has been reached, the water transform into a large cyclone spiraling around the opponent and send them spinning and eventually flying off into the distance NAME: Umi Kami Hogo [Poseidon's Protection] RANK: B CHAKRA USAGE: Medium ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: The user forms several condensed balls of tiny, powerful suiton spheres around them. They will float passively around the user until activated. These little spheres can be used for several things, and can be activated one at a time or all at once. Ultimately, they serve as a second defense for the user as they are prepared to be used any moment. These spheres can be used to deflect incoming attacks, or be charged toward an opponent as a high speed projectile. NAME: Ten'nō Issene Tsume [Emperor Lobster Claw] RANK: A CHAKRA USAGE: High ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: A more advanced version of Issene Tsume. This jutsu can either be used alone, or for a quicker effect and a simple handseal, the user can advance Issene Tsume. The user will create rock hard suiton lobster claws around their arms, completely under the users control as their hand movements. However, the length of the claw grows double its normal size, roughly about 10 feet in length, and five feet around. The user can use these claws as they wish, whether it be hand-to-hand combat or defense. NAME: Suiton: UraDaikonran (Water Release: Reverse Maelstrom) CHAKRA USAGE: High RANK: A ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: Placing their hand on the surface of a body of water, the user causes the water to spin in the opposite direction, stopping an active whirlpool or Suiton: Daikonran technique, causing the target to shoot back up to the surface. This can also be used to bring large submerged objects to the surface of the water. NAME: Suiton: Shinkai Hitsugi (Water Release: Deep Sea Coffin) CHAKRA USAGE: Very High RANK: A ELEMENT: 水遁 | Suiton [Water Release] DESCRIPTION: This technique can only be used on a target that's completely submerged in water. The user places their hand on the surface, expelling a large amount of chakra into the water and causing huge ripples and waves, compounding the pressure of the water around the target for several seconds until it crushes their body. Once this technique begins it is very difficult to escape without being injured unless the person is able to escape quickly. |
