NAME: Katon: Attakai soyokaze (Fire Release: Warm Breeze) CHAKRA USAGE: Very Low RANK: D ELEMENT: 火遁 | Katon [Fire Release] DESCRIPTION: The user blows chakra-enhanced heated air over their bodies and the bodies of other people, allowing them to heat up in cold weather and climates. NAME: Katon: Itchi (Fire Release: Match) CHAKRA USAGE: Very Low RANK: D DESCRIPTION: ELEMENT: 火遁 | Katon [Fire Release] The user snaps their fingers and produces a spark that could be used to start a fire. NAME: Katon: Kanetsu sa reta jimen (Fire Release: Heated Ground) CHAKRA USAGE: Medium RANK: C ELEMENT: 火遁 | Katon [Fire Release] DESCRIPTION: Stamping their foot on the ground, the user pushes their chakra into the surrounding 20ft of earth, causing it to rapidly heat up. This can prove useful to prevent targets from stepping on a certain area or making a target back away. The user must remain in the area, or the jutsu will dissipate and the ground will return to its natural state. The maximum temperature the ground can reach is enough to burn through cloth, scorch skin and sizzle leather but not so anything catches fire. NAME: Katon: Haigi (Fire Release: Ash Ceremony) CHAKRA USAGE: Low RANK: C ELEMENT: 火遁 | Katon [Fire Release] DESCRIPTION: The user spits a small cloud of explosive ash from their mouth, and when lit, creating a blast equivalent to two Explosive Tags. This technique often has to be combined with Katon: Itchi to be effective, and the chance of collateral damage is high if the user doesn't correctly read the wind movements before using. NAME: Katon: Haitoreiru (Fire Release: Ash Trail) CHAKRA USAGE: Low RANK: C ELEMENT: 火遁 | Katon [Fire Release] DESCRIPTION: Forming ash in their mouth, the user expels it leaving a trail of ash on the ground in it's wake. This trail can then be set alight much like a fuse. NAME: Katon: Kaijōkaen (Fire Release: Circular Fire) CHAKRA USAGE: Low RANK: C ELEMENT: 火遁 | Katon [Fire Release] DESCRIPTION: The user spins quickly, ejecting fire from their mouth to create an expanding ring of flame. Often used to create space when surrounded, but the flames don't have any particular burning power. NAME: Katon: Honō no tate (Fire Release: Flame Shield) CHAKRA USAGE: Medium RANK: C ELEMENT: 火遁 | Katon [Fire Release] DESCRIPTION: The user expels a powerful jet of high-pressure flames from their hands, creating a semi-circular wall in front of them that is used to deflect attacks. This is particularly useful for deterring close-combat fighters. A large amount of smoke can erupt from this wall of flames in order to conceal one's escape and the fire easily sets alight anything it touches. NAME: Katon: Nan keimusho (Fire Release: Flame Prison) CHAKRA USAGE: Medium RANK: B ELEMENT: 火遁 | Katon [Fire Release] DESCRIPTION: This technique creates an immense wall of flame, which surrounds the target and forms a huge contained sphere of flame in which to imprison enemies. It is capable of holding up to six people at once and the heat from the flames has been known to give 1st and 2nd degree burns. NAME: Katon Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Fire Release Shadow Clone Technique) CHAKRA USAGE: High RANK: A ELEMENT: 火遁 | Katon [Fire Release] DESCRIPTION: A mix of the elemental cloning techniques and the standard Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, the user creates a clone out of flames, which takes on the exact appearance of the one casting the technique, but these clones are Shadow Clones. When struck however, these clones explode in a large inferno, presumably burning all around it and setting alight anything in the area. NAME: Katon: Aka no zugaikotsu (Fire Release: Red Skull) CHAKRA USAGE: High RANK: A ELEMENT: 火遁 | Katon [Fire Release] DESCRIPTION: The user expels a large amount of flames from their mouth and forming it into a fireball in the shape of a large skull, the fireball shoots forward open-mouthed, swallowing it's target whole. As soon as it's jaws close around a target, it explodes violently into a ball of flames, severely burning anyone or anything caught inside. The fireball is large enough to swallow an average human male.
