Little Lightning Bolt

NAME: Chīsana Inazuma: Ajisukitakahikone [Little Lightning Bolt: Thunder God] RANK: B CHAKRA USAGE: Medium CLASSIFICATION: Universal | Ninjutsu ELEMENT: 雷遁 | Raiton [Lightning Release] DESCRIPTION: This jutsu does not require hand seals but it does require the user to charge Raiton chakra throughout their body. This will take around a post to build up the required amount throughout your body but as they are doing so the user is able to move freely so long as they do not use any other jutsu. Once the charging point is done the user releases their charged Raiton extending it from their body in the shape of a man with a bow and arrow. The man will cover the users body like a cloak and stop small projectiles from hitting their mark. The cloak is not large and is only about 2 inches from the skin. This cloak does not last long as it pulls back its bowstring and releases the stored Raiton chakra into one focused blast of Raiton in the form of an arrow, the user of the jutsu must make the motions for the cloak no longer allowing them to move freely as they must aim the "arrow". Once released all the chakra that was making the cloak is used up on the arrow, which explodes on contact. This jutsu causes moderate burns and paralysis to those hit. Once the cloak is formed the user must shoot the arrow within the same post or it dissipates. The arrow can travel 35m before landing to the ground and exploding. The explosion is as destructive as 15 explosive tags. NAME: Chīsana Inazuma: Denji Parusu [Little Lightning Bolt: Electromagnetic Pulse] RANK: B CHAKRA USAGE: Medium CLASSIFICATION: Universal | Ninjutsu ELEMENT: 雷遁 | Raiton [Lightning Release] DESCRIPTION: After several hand signs the user claps their hands and a bright white light radiates from their body. This light will bathe everything within a 30 meter radius with its light. This light is a product of the user emitting Raiton chakra into their surroundings that target a persons bioelectric field. What it does is affect the synapses within a persons mind making it harder for information to be processed in their brain which effectively slows down not only their body and reaction time but also their ability to think. This effect lasts for around five rotations. NAME: Chīsana Inazuma: Hito no Ansatsu [Little Lighting Bolt: Assassination of Man] RANK: A CHAKRA USAGE: High CLASSIFICATION: Universal | Ninjutsu ELEMENT: 雷遁 | Raiton [Lightning Release] REQUIREMENTS: Lightning Rat Violent Quake DESCRIPTION: After performing hand seals, the user releases a discharge of electricity that fires anywhere from one to ten destructive disks of electricity which hone in on live targets that are anywhere within a sixty meter radius. This is done by the Raiton chakra seeking out the bioelectric signature of live beings, because of this the jutsu can lock on to animals and substantial clones as well. Once one of the disks hits a target it will leave them not only severely burned, but paralyzed for a few moments and may even stop their heart. NAME: Lightning Release Body Flicker [Rai no Shunshin] RANK: C CHAKRA USAGE: Low CLASSIFICATION: Universal | Ninjutsu ELEMENT: 雷遁 | Raiton [Lightning Release] DESCRIPTION: By invigorating one's entire body with chakra, a shinobi can seemingly disappear and reappear in another location faster than most people can see this can be taken a step further by coating the body with lightning chakra. Often times one's movements are disguised with the use of an extra element, be it a smoke bomb, leaves, water, sand, etc. in order to hide the user's trajectory from those with skilled eyes in the case of this jutsu the users body seemingly becomes a bolt of lighting that disappears and reappears. This is due to the blinding light as well as the increased speed making it harder for even those with well trained eyes or even dojutsu to keep up with. Though it mimics teleportation, it is important to remember this jutsu merely boosts the agility and speed of its user.

- How far can the arrow travel?
- Please use the explosion chart here to describe the power of the arrow's explosion strength

Little Lightning Bolt: EMP
- As is this will not work due to the fact the Kumo branch of the Sakyū clan (Jiton users) focus solely on manipulating electromagnetic fields. However, Im willing to help you out: instead, have it affect the bioelectricity of an individual. As well, since it can not be a legitimate EMP, the light alone would not be a trigger; having the jutsu expel a blast/pulse/shockwave of Raiton would be required in this case, but the light can be a secondary effect.

Little Lightning Bolt: Assassination of Man
- What is different between this and the [Lightning Rat Violent Quake] jutsu in the canon raiton jutsu index? If your intent is to make this a level up of the same technique, please make the previously mentioned technique a prerequisite.
- Again, the EM stuff would need to be changed to bioelectricity.

Lightning Release Flicker
- I'd like this to have Shunshin as a prerequisite given the intended use.
- Please give the light a range of effectiveness. Please bare in mind that outside the Tanabata, I'd like to keep light usage to a minimum. Granted, given the nature of Raiton some light radiance is expecte and unavoidable,, but I also would prefer the light created to be more of a temporary stun than a constant emission.

Made the changes and added the requirement of Lightning rat violent quake to assassination of man as it is adding honing to the jutsu

However I do not think that Shunshin should be required to learn Raiton: Shunshin as it is not only possible but probable that those who wish to learn this jutsu could do it without learning the basic Shunshin as I do not look at it as an upgrade but as an alternate version of the jutsu
