The dart is estimated to travel at around twice the speed of a kunai, so the technique is incredibly useful for a quick assault. NAME: Chika Ranto no uzu [Underground Storming Vortex] RANK: C TECH TYPE: Clan | Ninjutsu ELEMENT: 嵐遁 | Ranton [Storm Release] CHAKRA USAGE: Medium DESCRIPTION: Based off Chika Mizu no uzuLink, The user creates a powerful torrent of ranton beneath them, which swirls viciously until it can get to the point of digging into the earths surface. The ranton then becomes a high powered tunneling vortex which travels through the earth, making a canal of sorts. This allows the user to rumble through the ground, allowing them to come up at any given point via the ranton jet powering them through. Unlike its parent jutsu, do to the powerful kekkei genkai it can borrow even through stone. This can then be used to bind several targets. The web cannot be cut by weapons that are not infused with chakra, as normal weapons will get stuck along with the target. The caught victims are also hit with a huge electrical shock, causing muscle spasms and second degree electrical burns. The user then expels all the ranton chakra at once. The once shapeless ranton forms into a very dense blade as it launches forward, capable of shearing straight through metal. The blade can only travel 30m before it disperses. The user creates several beam like rings. These rings are about two meters in diameter. When fired these rings can cut through even metal a foot thick. With this a user can break through even the strongest of defenses and kill their target. NAME: Ranton: Reizā Sākasu [Storm Release: Laser Circus] RANK: B TECH TYPE: Clan | Ninjutsu ELEMENT: 嵐遁 | Ranton [Storm Release] CHAKRA USAGE: Medium DESCRIPTION: This technique creates several beams and shoots them at the enemy. First, a halo of bright energy spreads around the user's hands as this technique is activated, then it encircles the user's hand and from that, the beams are shot out towards the enemy. The user is able to alter the beam's direction after being shot, making it possible to strike multiple enemies with pinpoint accuracy, even bypassing hostages held in close proximity. The user can also increase the number of beams to a great amount to pin down an enemy. NAME: Ranton: Daikōdan no Jutsu [Storm Release: Great Shark Bullet Technique] RANK: A TECH TYPE: Clan | Ninjutsu ELEMENT: 嵐遁 | Ranton [Storm Release] CHAKRA USAGE: High REQUIREMENT: User must already have a way to absorb chakra DESCRIPTION: The Ryujin's version of Suiton: Daikōdan no Jutsu. The user creates a gigantic shark out of energy beams and, by thrusting both hands forward, sends it to attack the opponent. This shark is able to absorb the chakra from an opponent's technique and in turn, use that chakra to grow larger and more powerful. Therefore, the stronger the opponent's technique is, the stronger this technique will get. At its weakest, it will bite down with concussive force to break most human bones and deliver a electrical shock that leaves third degree burns. At its strongest, it strikes with the concussive force to turn large amounts of metal into a scrap pile and with the electrical power to stop the heart of a giant.
