From here he/she performs a quick draw from with her blade. Meanwhile the user dashes forward at high speeds. At the end of the sword draw he/she swings out against his/her opponent. The entire technique is one fluid motion, increasing the cutting power of the strike, allowing one to cut a boulder in two with one strike. NAME: Kame no hakai-ha [Turtle Destruction Wave] RANK: C TECH TYPE: Clan | Ninjutsu ELEMENT: 嵐遁 | Ranton [Storm Release] CHAKRA USAGE: Medium-Very High (Very Low to maintain medium, Low to maintain High and Medium to maintain Very High) DESCRIPTION: The user gathers Ranton chakra between their hands, which are near the torso at the time. After five seconds, the user has gathered the needed chakra and can fire it off for up to twenty meters. Medium chakra blasts can dent rocks, while very high can destroy boulders. If one Kame no hakai-ha hits another, both will push against each other and battle for control. Matched levels will sit there and neither will move. If one is stronger, it will absorb the other and seem to push it back at the other user. Another great ability of this is that multiple uses of the technique can combine their blasts to increase the power of their blast. NAME: Keikōen Taihō [Oral Beam Cannon] RANK: C TECH TYPE: Clan | Ninjutsu ELEMENT: 嵐遁 | Ranton [Storm Release] CHAKRA USAGE: Medium DESCRIPTION: The user moves a medium amount of medium amount of Ranton chakra to their lips. The chakra stays there until the user opens their mouth and causes a laser in the shape of a ball. A literal second after the ball becomes visible in the user's mouth (this why it is called Oral Beam Cannon and not Lip Beam Cannon) it turns into a large beam that shoots fifteen meters from the user. This beam moves at the speed of kunai thrown by a chuunin with C-rank Bukijutsu. NAME: Ranton Setsugan renzu Fuin [Storm Release: Occular Seal] RANK: C TECH TYPE: Clan | Fuinjutsu ELEMENT: 嵐遁 | Ranton [Storm Release] CHAKRA USAGE: Low-Very High to seal, Medium to unseal DESCRIPTION: The user creates a seal in their eyes, While creating the seal itself is low, the amount of chakra put into it decides the full effect. The user seals Ranton chakra in their eyes, saving it for later. While more chakra can be placed in it at any time, it can not fit more that a very high amount of chakra. When released, the user's eyes change to the color of their normal ranton beams (EX: Michio's turn gold) and seem to glow. At will, a user may release the seal which will allow them to shoot lasers from their eyes at will, the lasers capable of moving up to eight meters from the user. These lazers can pierce the target, but only with a hole the size of a senbon Very Low: One posts. Low: Two Posts. Meduim: Four Posts. High: Eight Posts. Very High: Sixteen Posts. NAME: Tsuzuri Raiden [Bound Lightning] RANK: C TECH TYPE: Clan | Ninjutsu ELEMENT: 嵐遁 | Ranton [Storm Release] CHAKRA USAGE: Low-Medium (Low being three targets, Medium being anything above) DESCRIPTION: Through the moisture in the air, the user is able to create a laser that darts towards anyone(multiple if once wishes) within ten meters. These lasers are capable of causing first degree electrical burns, and a large deal of pain. These beams can go farther if done through razor wire. NAME: Bōfū Shuriken no Jutsu [Storm Shuriken Technique] RANK: C TECH TYPE: Clan | Ninjutsu ELEMENT: 嵐遁 | Ranton [Storm Release] CHAKRA USAGE: Medium DESCRIPTION: Based off Mizu Shuriken no JutsuLink, The user creates 10 shuriken made out of ranton chakra, and throws them at the opponent in quick succession. These storm shuriken have even greater cutting power than their metal counterparts. They are the same size as normal shuriken, can move up to ten meters away, can cut through non chakra enhanced weapons (bounce off of chakra enhanced weapons), can cause half inch cuts in people, and shallow cuts in stone.

Bōfū Shuriken no Jutsu [Storm Shuriken Technique] - does not fit the description of ranton techniques also what are the sizes of these shuriken how far can the they travel what happens if the make contact with other materials like other weapons or a person catching them or a rock etc etc etc also what kind of damage do they do
Inazuma Daeki [Lightning Spit] - also does not fit the Ranton description of techniques
Tsuzuri Raiden [Bound Lightning] - I do not get this you say its done using the moisture in the air though im not sure why you need it also if its done through the moisture in the air how would you utilize it through ninja wire also what do you mean by low being three targets and medium being anything above
Byakurai [Pale Lightning] - uses just raiton how is it classified as ranton also you say that it is both 2cm long and 4cm long
Ranton Setsugan renzu Fuin [Storm Release: Occular Seal]- describe the damage this jutsu can do also by saying they can break the seal at will then saying they can shoot lasers out of their eyes at will are you saying that the seal depending on how much chakra is saved within it can shoot an infinite number of lasers for the duration of the posts (i.e. a very high amount will allow you to shoot as many eye lasers as you wish for 32 posts)
Keikōen Taihō [Oral Beam Cannon] - as a personal question why the lips why not in the stomach or mouth (not that it needs to be changed or even addressed as lips work also I guess just me wondering why you chose lips lol) on a staff note a kunai thrown by someone with a strength SA would go further not faster.
Kame no hakai-ha [Turtle Destruction Wave]- This seems more like a beam then a wave and as such the whole beam clash would require a constant drain to keep the beam charged also you listed this jutsu twice
Ranton: Yūdōken [Storm Release: Guided Blade]- I'd say that was D ranked also would only take low chakra no matter the size of the blade unless it was like as big as a house

for the ones that you say don't fit Ranton's description, let me point out the second part of the description.

must have missed your KKG being able to do two different things when I read it before (stated how I felt about in another of your applications so no need to have the same discussion here as well)

I do not get this, you say its done using the moisture in the air (though I'm not sure how you can channel Ranton chakra through moisture in the air let's just chalk it up to ninja magic, cuz if we want we can poke holes in any jutsu using this very same logic). If this is true and the jutsu is utilized through moisture in the air how exactly are you utilizing it through ninja wire (As jutsu utilized with ninja wire as the jutsu run through the wire from the person's body straight to the wire however if you generate it through moisture in the air you wouldn't really be able to direct it through the ninja wire). Finally what do you mean by chakra usage low being three targets and medium being anything above.

Describe the damage this jutsu can do to a person place or thing. By saying "they can break the seal at will" then also saying "they can shoot lasers out of their eyes at will" do you mean that the seal, depending on how much chakra is saved within it, can shoot an infinite number of lasers for the duration of the posts (i.e. a very high amount will allow you to shoot as many eye lasers as you wish for 32 posts). Or did you mean that after the breaking the seal the user has 32 post to shoot a laser from their eyes and that is it.

as for the problem with Tsuzuri Raiden, let me put it this way. The user moves it through the moisture in the air making thick beams, limiting it to only a certain distance. However, when done using the moisture around the already made path of the wire, it can be spread thinner and go farther.

"Finally what do you mean by chakra usage low being three targets and medium being anything above." I mean that if you target three people or less with the attack it will take low chakra, and if you target four or more it will take a medium amount.

as for Ranton Setsugan renzu Fuin [Storm Release: Occular Seal], you break the seal, and then the user can shoot lasers form their eyes until (assuming Very High chakra is used) 32 posts are up.

- First off, I'd like the post count to be cut in half (VL:1/L:2/M:4/H:8/VH:16). 32 posts of firing lasers is simply too much for me to give my ok on this.
- chakra cost should be very low to very high to seal the chakra, and at least medium to unseal
