FORBIDDEN KAGUYA JUTSU |
NAME: Kinjutsu: Shako no Mai [Forbidden Art: Dance of the Mantis Shrimp] RANK: A TECH TYPE: Clan | Ninjutsu/Kinjutsu ELEMENT: -- CHAKRA USAGE: Medium DESCRIPTION: A technique based off the biomechanics of the mantis shrimp, a crustacean common to the oceans around Kirigakure. The user will coat one or both arms entirely in bone, forming their fist into a roughly round, mace like structure with a faux exoskeleton all the way up to the shoulder. Rolling their closed fist over the top of their shoulder, the user will contract and then release the muscles and the bone at the same time, lashing out to hit the target with nearly twelve hundred newtons of force, easily enough to shatter bones and cause devastating blunt force trauma to a living target. It has further uses however. When submerged in water the technique is still capable of moving to the strike point at between twelve and twenty meters per second, depending on the skill of the Kaguya. Not only will this cause similar blunt force trauma, the speed of the hit causes cavitation bubbles within the water that produce light, heat, and sound. Within five consecutive hits on a single part of the body, the victim will began to feel intense heat within, as the phenomenon is psychically cooking it from the inside out. The brutality of this technique is part of what makes it forbidden, along with the consequences. Lashing out more than eight times in this manner will begin to damage the muscle structure of the Kaguya's arm. More than twelve times will render the arm unusable until medical treatment is rendered. NAME: Kinjutsu: Shitaikī [Forbidden Art: Skeleton Key] RANK: A TECH TYPE: Clan | Ninjutsu/Kinjutsu ELEMENT: -- CHAKRA USAGE: High DESCRIPTION: An advanced and viciously executed bone clone technique, the user will form a spike or spear off of their arm or fingers and stab it into the opponent. Once the enemy is pierced the user must maintain contact for five seconds while the bone splinters off and grows within them. Tracing the victim's skeleton, the user will form another over the top of it, coating all of the opponent's bones with a copy of their own. Once the entire body has been replicated, the user can break contact. Within the range of ten meters, the user can now marionette their victim's movements, right down to forcing hands to perform jutsu if the user knows the signs themselves. While this is being done the opponent is in immense pain, however they do have the benefit of their skeleton being as protected as that of a Kaguya. Other Kaguya techniques can be performed off of the clone bones. While the technique isn't always lethal to the victim, having one's muscle structure separated from their skeleton will require serious medical aid to recover from, as after the technique ends they will typically collapse into a heap. The idea behind the technique is to double the user's fighting strength while waging psychological warfare on the opponent's cohorts. The damage and savagery of the technique are what have caused it to be forbidden. |
