NAME: Sandōuchi [Three Shot Path] RANK: D TECH TYPE: Personal | Kenjutsu ELEMENT: None CHAKRA USAGE: None DESCRIPTION: Using whatever means they can the user of this technique will grab hold of three of the many swords littering the battlefield after which the user throws them simultaneously with tremendous force. They can be thrown at any target in order to strike them but they are thrown in a way that even if they miss their target or are deflected they will land perpendicular to the ground in a single line, as such they can then be used as an improvised path that the user can traverse to approach the enemy, whilst retrieving another sword in the process. It's also possible to throw another blade so that it collides with the others (after they are lined up perpendicular in a straight line), sending all four hurtling towards the opponent by throwing the fourth sword so that it hits the hilts of the swords causing them to flip upward and flip though the air toward the opponent. NAME: Tōga [Sword Fang] RANK: D TECH TYPE: Personal | Kenjutsu ELEMENT: None CHAKRA USAGE: None DESCRIPTION: After previously positioning three swords so that they stand parallel to one other in the ground, the user strikes all of their blades simultaneously with a powerful swing directed near their sunken tips, causing the entirety to slash upwards in a single violent movement that is reminiscent of a fang. This technique is usually done close range inside the users guard making it almost impossible to dodge. Because there is not real force behind the swing as there is no arm actually swinging the blades the cuts are only superficial and made to delay a target from getting closer or to force them to make into a trap or set up for another attack. NAME: Suichoku no Narabi [Horizontal Line] RANK: C TECH TYPE: Personal | Kenjutsu ELEMENT: None CHAKRA USAGE: None DESCRIPTION: Immediately following the use of Sword Fang, whilst all three swords remain momentarily suspended in the air, the user proceeds to hit the entirety in quick succession with the blade of the sword he is currently holding. Each sword is struck separately and in such a manner that they are launched directly towards the target along a linear trajectory, with a tremendous amount of force, meaning they act instead like long projectiles. They can travel about as far as a thrown kunai and do as much damage as C rank piercing jutsu. NAME: Kahō (Addtion) RANK: C TECH TYPE: Personal | Kenjutsu ELEMENT: None CHAKRA USAGE: None DESCRIPTION: Immediately following the connection of a robust swing with the intended opponent (whether parried or blocked or the hit connects fully), the user releases the used blade and before the enemy can recover from the momentary stun inflicted by the previous blow, he attacks once again utilizing one of the swords in the immediate vicinity. This process is then repeated a further eleven times in quick succession, from various angles and positions around the victim, ultimately leaving a total of twelve swords attached to their body. The swords themselves are attached through the Nuibari's ability of being able to sew pretty much anything with its wire. Also depending on the users skill with the Nuibari they can even manipulate the wire to grab nearby swords as well making the technique that much faster. The strikes are shallow and meant to be fast not powerful as such all 12 combined is only as dangerous as one D rank kenjutsu which is to say that the wounds would be superficial albeit bloody. NAME: Jōhō (Multiplication) RANK: A TECH TYPE: Personal | Kenjutsu ELEMENT: None CHAKRA USAGE: None DESCRIPTION: Immediately following the use of Addition, whilst all twelve swords still remain momentarily attached to the opponent, the user proceeds to strike the entirety of the surrounding blades again in quick succession with the Nuibari before striking one final time while yanking the thread causing the stitched swords to cut into the flesh a third and final time, with the final devastating blow dislodging the weapons so that they land in a circular formation around the target. This results in tripling the damage that was already previously inflicted on the victim, as each of the twelve swords slices into their flesh twice more (once when hit with the Nuibari and once when the thread gets yanked). As the total thirty six strikes are received within such an incredibly short period, little to no opportunity exists for the enemy to mount a counter attack which is the true usefulness of the technique as due to the speed of the attack and the lightness of the strikes it has no real stopping power although this jutsu is the second strongest of the fighting style the most it could do is put the target in harm of bleeding out if they do not receive medical attention fast enough.. |
