NAME: Sokuji-Sei: Yoji no Hoko [Immediacy: Baby Steps] RANK: D TECH TYPE:Personal | Ninjutsu ELEMENT: None CHAKRA USAGE:Very low DESCRIPTION: After invigorating the molecules of the body with chakra the speed in which they vibrate is increased which causes the person under the influence of this jutsu to move two times faster than normal. This applies to all movements including but not limited to running, writing, scanning and recognizing their surroundings and even thinking. Because of the way it is done multiple uses of it will increase the metabolism to compensate for the fat and carbs burned from the high speed movement (Squishy needing to eat about three feast a day just to feel normal). NAME: Sokuji-Sei: Rizumu no Henka [Immediacy: Rhythm Change] RANK: D TECH TYPE:Personal | Ninjutsu ELEMENT: None CHAKRA USAGE:Very low DESCRIPTION: A jutsu made with the same principals as the basic Sokuji-Sei principals but without diving all the way into it. Because of this it is not as fast as the constant upgrade but it has none of the drawbacks either and can be used many times in a fight without the danger of becoming hungry. By activating the jutsu quickly the user can get a quick burst of speed to move wherever they wish. However because the mode is not fully activated they can not process information as quickly and must travel in a straight line and to a predetermined position. They cannot jump or evade when doing this and anything in their way will trip them up or hit them. However moving as fast as they are they can take the chance to move when the path is clear and manage to get where they need to be before their enemy realizes what happens (able to move 10m almost instantly). Sadly this jutsu cannot be used for counter attack as the lack of high speed information processing leaves them unaware of their surroundings while running making it almost impossible to set up for a counter attack unless you get extremely lucky. However when using one of the Sukuji-Sei base jutsu these drawbacks are negated due to the high speed information processing the jutus affords the shinobi using it). NAME: Sokuji-Sei: Bumu (Immediacyy: Boom) RANK: D TECH TYPE:Personal | Ninjutsu ELEMENT: None CHAKRA USAGE:Very low DESCRIPTION: Like Rhythm Change this jutsu uses the principal of Sokuji-Sei but in a more localized form in order to cut back on some of the drawbacks of using the base forms. While this jutsu can be used within the base form it does not get any weaker or change in any way when not in one of the base forms, though it would have to be prepped which would take some time though not much. By stimulating the molecules of the arm or arms the user of the jutsu punches out quickly but brings his arms back even quicker. The punch out was a feign to get their opponent to dodge to set up for the real attack while they are still in their dodging motion (making it harder for them to dodge the true attack). The true attack comes in the form of the shock wave made from the speed in which the arm(s) were brought back. Although not strong enough to do actual damage the sound waves are strong enough to cause tinnitus (ringing in the ears) or slight deafness for a prolonged period (around two posts) this can affect a person's balance and the way they fight drastically. Because this is nothing more than an upgrade to the existing jutsu the only thing that changes is that the range is greater for how far they can move and that is only because they are putting more chakra in their legs in order to move faster. Even though it is localized and the strain is not as intense as the base form jutsu their is a strain when using this jutsu (it does not compound on top of the strain of the base form if using the jutsu while in one of the base forms) it is just much less than the strain that comes from using the base forms. NAME: Sokuji-Sei: Otona no Hoko (Immediacy: Hurried Gait of the Adult) RANK: B TECH TYPE:Personal | Ninjutsu ELEMENT: None CHAKRA USAGE:Medium DESCRIPTION: After invigorating the molecules of the body with chakra the speed in which they vibrate is increased which causes the person under the influence of this jutsu to move eight times faster than normal. This applies to all movements including but not limited to running, writing, scanning and recognizing their surroundings and even thinking.
