Kajō creates the begining step of Rasengan, a crap ton of spiraling chakra. While to the untrained eye it would seem he had made the Rasengan, one would see the chakra is wild with no form. After the user hits their enemy, the enemy will be knocked back five feet, with the strength of an average shinobi's punch. NAME: Gomubōru Buku [Rubber Ball Explosion] RANK: B TECH TYPE: Hijutsu | Ninjutsu ELEMENT: None CHAKRA USAGE: medium DESCRIPTION: A jutsu based off the second step of creating Rasengan. Kajō creates the beginning step of Rasengan, a crap ton of spiraling chakra, and then follows the second step, focusing it into a small ball the size of his palm. While to the untrained eye it would seem he had made the Rasengan, one would see the chakra is shaped into a ball, it isn't well contained, with chakra occasionally spiraling off before looping back into the ball. When hitting the opponent, the 'Rasengan' will begin to burst, but not as weakly as before. This time there is a huge burst of chakra, creating a shallow spiralling cut on the contacted area. While not deadly on areas like the torso or limbs, it is very very painful. On top of this, should it hit the face (and by extension cut the neck), it can kill with that one hit. This technique can only be used a certain number of times without damaging the user. The move used immediately after this will tear the skin, causing bleeding in the arm. After that another use will tear the muscles, making use of the arm exceedingly painful and removing use of that arm without a Willpower or Endurance SA impossible. After that, using this will break the user's arm.
