The pulse causes the victims body to twitch sharply in one specific area of their body, for the sake of disrupting an attack or causing them to stumble. A burst of chakra, such as an external chakra source, may release the affected target from the technique. However, the affected target will not instantly regain their stamina. Upon making contact, the chakra will produce a concussive force, knocking those in the vicinity to the ground with bruising force, as well as traveling through the target’s nervous system, targeting the sensory abilities of the brain. This specially molded Raiton chakra, upon entering the target’s brain, will severely hamper the sensory capabilities of the target. The five senses are at half the performance level typical of the affected, capable of causing blurred vision, muffling of sound waves, slurred speech and out-of-body disorientation when touching physical objects. The signal sent to the nerves tells them to feel more then normal, essentially making the body feel so sensitive to the point where any contact with the humans flesh, would register as extreme pain. The amount of shock this degree of sensation could cause to the human psyche is such that this technique has been considered inhumane in even the most extreme of circumstances. |
