APPEARANCE HEIGHT 5 ft. WEIGHT 100 lbs Looking at Shinzo, one may perhaps find that the young boy looks a bit.. unsightly in his appearance. Despite the village being enveloped in a constant mist, and therefore not getting as much sun as such villages like the Hidden Leaf, Shinzo's skin retains a cream colored complexion which bodes very well with his overall appearance despite it usually being covered in a tinge of dirt due to his living conditions. Apart from his usually dirty appearance, Shinzo is widely regarded as remarkably handsome by women of the village, looks inherited from his father. His eyes are of an almond brown color and are quite captivating to behold. The bridge of his nose rests high on his face, leading toward his hard cut wide mouth that marks him with a stoic air despite the typical anger grimace he wears on his face. Like all other clan members, Shinzo bears the traditional symbol of his clan on his forehead. Shinzo has short styled, messy almond brown hair the same shade as his eyes with his hair framing his face while the rest of his hair reaches the bottom on his neck. Shinzo stands at exactly 5 feet tall, weighing a scrawny 100 lbs. His frame is of a thin and sorta bony build, though he's showing signs of putting on more weight now that he's come to the village. As for clothing, Shinzo's clothing style is very simple at best, mainly because he cannot afford anything other than the cheaper more affordable clothes. Shinzo wears a dingy white shirt with medium length sleeves that extend down to his forearms with wrist warmers that fill in the rest of his exposed flesh, pinstriped in design. His prized hitai-ate in its usual position tied around his forehead, using it to keep his hair from falling into his face when it grows a bit too unruly and lengthy. On his waist, Shinzo wears a darkly colored ninja pouch seated toward his left side attached by a lengthy red obi, while wearing a kunai holster on his right thigh. His bottoms, dull grey in color, are slightly baggy in order to allow him to retain freedom of movement at any given time, but from his mid-shin and down are taped and covered with leg-warmers that match his wrist-warmers with the pin-stripe pattern. Beneath his leg-warmers, Shinzo wears black ninja sandals that are quite worn in. | ||||||||
PERSONALITY Never underestimate a cornered animal Shinzo is inherently a very angry person meaning that he is quick to fly into a rage, his temper does not escalate meaning that he can go from completely calm to a storming ball of human rage within moments. When enraged he can be very rude and confrontational, causing fights and saying things that he knows or at least suspects would hurt a person to their core just to enrage them for the chance to fight. However, he cares deeply for his friends and will put his life on the line for them; though this would not stop him from flying off at the mouth on them when he is in one of his moods. Because of this he seems very cold and emotionally distant, though once he gets to know you and let’s his guard down one could see his true caring side. He is kind by nature but when upset he turns to the complete opposite as there is a very thin line between his caring nature and his almost homicidal rage. As he relies mostly on his instinct he is not quick to trust people usually defaulting to distrust until a person has proven that he could trust them multiple times, and even then he would almost never come outright and say that he trusts them. Shinzo is the kind of child that surveys his surroundings and analyzes them before moving. Because he has always been like this his analytical prowess is quite advanced for someone of his age. To the point where he has the capacity to create quick analytical inferences as if he was just spouting off something he has a hunch about. This causes other more experienced shinobi to underestimate him as they believe him to be a creature of instinct with no thought behind his actions. This works in his favor as it because much easier to think up plans on the move when your opponent thinks he knows how you will act based off pure instinct alone. Though he has not been in too many fights he does have some experience and his experience has made him confident and headstrong in battle though not enough to undermine his analytical nature. Lastly, Shinzo has a strong will and an enduring nature. While some will call this hardheadedness or being stubborn he fells that shinobi should have conviction and truly believe what they stand for and not be so willing to change. While others may believe just the opposite, it is hard to not respect Shinzo's point of view especially when he begins to speak about it like a child speaking of their dreams. His passion for what he believes in is evident and while some may disagree he does not push his way of life onto others so it almost never is a point of hate toward anyone else. He believes what he believes and will share it if asked otherwise he knows that not everyone will agree with him but so long as they are not making fun of him or disrespecting him because of it he is fine with it. While he still has a long way to go before he becomes who he truly is these are a few points of his personality that will seemingly stick with him in the long run. | ||||||||
HISTORY Shinzo was born 10 years ago, he was not born into any special ninja clan, with special ninja powers. Actually, none of his family members have ever been ninja; however, they were pretty smart and often helped ninja with their work. He came from a long line of inventors and scientist. His family was considered some of the most intellectual minds that had ever lived in Mizu no Kuni. This was the family he was born into and from the start it seemed as if he would not fit in. He was smart, just not anywhere near on the same level as the rest of his family, but he was athletically gifted in a way that they were not which is why he was one of the first ninja to be sent to the newly created Kirigakure academy when he was eight years old. During the academy is when his family started to figure out just how different than the rest of them he truly was. He excelled at hand to hand fighting and weapons fighting as well, however what really shocked them was the blinding rage that he would sometimes be gripped by which would send him into a feral rage that almost made him a wild animal. He felt that if he would become a productive member of Kirigakure he would need learn to channel that rage into something that could be of use to the village which became his motivation for becoming shinobi. He spent of his two academy years learning how to control himself as well as learning the basics of being a shinobi. He did well in class, not well enough to be a stand out star but he was far from being the worse in his class. After only two short years he became one of the first academy students to ever graduate into becoming a Genin with most Genin having been placed in their position with skills tests after the Shinobi Organizational System was put into place. Once he became a Genin his father though disappointed that he would not follow in his footsteps gave him his first weapons which are the claws he now wears to battle, to show his pride, this would be the last thing his father ever gave him as he soon became sick and died. He spent the last remaining months of his father’s life by his side learning from him everything he knew about the weapons and how to maintain and use them, His father was a master blacksmith and he passed down every bit of knowledge he could think of to his son. He is now a new Genin with a new weapon and a lot to prove. | ||||||||

Though he's only a genin, Shinzo is very adept at hand to hand combat for his age. BUKIJUTSU: SKILL RANK: D SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: As a genin, Shinzo knows the basic information concerning bukijutsu, and is quite familiar in the usage of basic shurikenjutsu. At the current point in time, he favors his pair of triple bladed claws to further his taijutsu ability making his hand to hand more lethal. GENJUTSU: SKILL RANK: E SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Having graduated the academy, Shinzo is familiar in the usage of Genjutsu and knows basic strategies in defending against it though he does not yet know the 'Kai' technique. This ability progresses the longer Shinzo is involved in a fight, and he descends further into the primal fury the longer the battle takes. After a long time, even Shinzo's teammates become a target for his fury and will be attacked as if they were his enemy due to him no longer being able to distinguish one from the other.
