APPEARANCE HEIGHT 6"0' WEIGHT 150lbs Squishy is an atypical shinobi, this is further highlighted in his eccentric appearance and style of dress. He like his parents before him is of a darker skin tone than most of the other shinobi of his village and while this causes him to stand out it has never been an issue. His eccentricity begins with his skin, and not just the shade and levels of melanin. Unlike his ninja brethren he takes very good care of his skin and because of this his skin is quite soft to the touch and almost scar-less. The only reason he is not is a scar he got fighting the ten tails. The scar itself is small but easily visible it sits across his lip down to his chin on the right side of his face. Due to training to become a ninja his whole life, rather harshly due to the beliefs of his father, he is in perfect shape. His father went to great lengths to shape his body in a very unique way. Because of his training he has gained muscle that is both strong and lean, combining the bulky red muscle with the flexible white muscle to make pink muscle. What this means is that while his body seems lean and scrawny for a ninja he is actually riddled with well cut muscle that is both strong and flexible. Allowing him to show deceptive strength to e who judge him based off his scrawny build while still keeping his impressive speed. His clothing and accessories are also eccentric especially for a ninja. Whereas most ninja would attempt to blend in and not stick out Squishy dyes his hair bright red and yellow. It is styled into a faux hawk with the crown being red and the sides a bright sun yellow. He also wears just a chain mail shirt under a custom made floor length usually bright colored trench coat like flak jacket with the Kirigakure symbol on the back. He also wears black cargo pants made with kunai and shuriken holders instead of cargo pockets. Lastly his black combat boots are steel toed and chakra reactive. | ||||||||
PERSONALITY NINDO The more I see of what you call civilization, the more highly I think of what you call savagery The very first thing you should know about Squishy is that he is extremely bipolar. Bipolar disorder is a condition in which people go back and forth between periods of a very good or irritable moods and depression. It is assumed that he was born this way and that the things he has been through in life has caused the disorder to exacerbate through intense psychological damage, he believes that he will be this way for the rest of his life. What this means for his day to day is as simple as he is a bit more prone to exaggerated feelings then others are. Meaning he can go days exceedingly happy then shift to a more downtrodden mood which dives deeper and deeper into a depressed state making him more irritable; which due to other factors of his personality causes him to want to kill to get happy again. When irritated or going through one of his fits of depression his short temper is on full display lashing out to anyone who bothers him. Lashing out can mean simply an attitude or irate screaming and yelling depending on how deep he is within his funk. When in a good mood his more jovial and hyper nature can be seen on full display. He becomes the life of the party, quick with a compliment and always willing to lend a helping hand. To those that know him know that these days are more common than the bad days and are much more frequent than the almost never seen any more dangerous days. On the dangerous days the "mood swings" between mania and depression can be very quick. His Bipolar causes him to bounce between the two extremes of overly gleeful and overly enraged due mainly to the fact that his depression sets off his already quick temper. These days only happen upon high stress situations (life or death stress situations only). While on paper this would seem like a real hindrance it has shown to be quite the asset during combat as it focuses his mind on the subject at hand (since it is what is causing the issue) allowing him to stay relevant within the mission even when his mood swings to the worst case scenario (This has not happened to him in several years as he has gained a portion of control over his mood swings and is learning to deal with them better though it is still something that could happen). The signs of bipolarity started to show when he was old enough to start training with his father Genryuusai the Shodai Mizukage. Upon finding out that he had the disorder his father found ways of using it to get him to do as he wanted making him his prized little weapon. These methods were things like getting him mad but then giving him candy treats and extra free time whenever he took her frustrations out on the other ninja to causing him great pain and denying her meals for showing mercy. He also shows slight signs of Antisocial Personally Disorder or APD. Regardless of how it sounds this does not stop him from being social with others, however, it does stop him from playing nice most of the time, Antisocial personality disorder is a mental health condition in which a person has a long-term pattern of manipulating, exploiting, or violating the rights of others. This in the ninja world is a good thing as it is part of the job, the only part of his APD that would cause him pause is his lack of guilt and empathy making it hard for him to recognize when he is hurting someone whether it be physically or emotionally, no matter if it is friend or foe. He has circumvented this during sparring and training with others by issuing a safe word to say if he begins to get overzealous. Due to this gauging of when his sparring partners used the safe word he has gotten better at recognizing these signs and while he has not needed to implement the safe word in a long time it is still a practice that he keeps just in case. He is nearly as ruthless and sadistic as a serial killer, having no qualms with claiming the lives of his victims. He derives a demented form of amusement from others' suffering, apparently due to the way his father taught him by forcing him to fight other children and rewarding him with treats for being merciless even going so far as to drug him into feeling euphoric when hurting or killing others and shocking and causing pain for showing mercy, because of this he is now lethally addicted to the action of murdering others. Although he has limited himself to only killing when he is depressed or mad and only killing those who are deemed worthy of killing, because of this to an outsider it would seem as if he has two very distinctive personalities though this is not the case. These "alternate personalities" manifest themselves in his battle style, as when he is “winning” he is much more happy and playful, though when he is “losing” he turns violent and serious. This change can also be brought on by huge damage or a traumatic event. However, this is not multiple personalities the effect of the Bipolarity causing erratic and almost 180 mood shifts as well as the APD which changes the way he speaks depending on his mood as well as the way he treats people causes the mood swings to seem as if he turns into a completely different person. Though the changes are not always quick they can be in the heat of battle making his opponent think that he has multiple personalities. This coupled with the fact that he is not capable of guilt or empathy makes him an excellent killer and an inefficient torturer because if you don’t know you’re hurting someone what is there to make you stop. As he learned to control his skills he became better suited to dealing with his mental affliction meaning that at times he can control his mood swings and reign himself into a healthy middle ground though he has not learned to control himself fully during battle. Because of this control he has seemingly gained a third more calm personality that he adopts while working and interacting with the peasants. However, no matter how he is feeling he is always kind and loving to children, especially those who wish to become Shinobi one day. Who for some reason has the ability to calm him as well as keep him in a good mood. | ||||||||
HISTORY Strength, Honor, Duty, Love, and Happiness the first things Squishy were taught by his parents. It all started that fateful day only thirty years back When his mother lay in a hospital pushing him out, the labor had taken around twenty seven hours and during Squishy‘s father was there the whole time beaming with pride. The doctor handed him to his mother announcing that he was a healthy baby boy. Squishy's father was beside himself with pride he had a son, a healthy son. Squishy's father was long though to be one of the strongest shinobi in the world and was by far the best shinobi within the nation of Misu no Kuni. He hoped that Squishy would be a better ninja then he was and would train him to make sure that this happened. His parents did a great job raising Squishy to be a fine Shinobi and top notch person. Although his family wasn't rich his parents always took good care of him. This gave him the idea that children should always be taken care of. Squishy was always a fast leaner and had talent beyond his father and had potential to be a great ninja. He was always incredibly fast even when he couldn't walk he could crawl faster than anyone in his age class by a large margin, which was saying something since he was born in a time where babies were taught to become shinobi as soon as they were pulled from their mothers. By the time he was walking he could out run kids twice his own age. He was indeed crazy fast his father couldn't wait for him to become sturdy enough to withstand his training regime. As the time came for him to start his ninja training Squishy began to get excited although he had a good life and could not ask for more he lacked the fundamental training he would need to become a top notch ninja. His first day of training was an eye opener, His father;s training regimen was intense there were several grown men who were already accomplished ninja who could not handle the training that Genryuusai was giving to his son. His father then begin to see signs of his mental issues which instead of causing him to back off only intensified the training as he used his Squishy's imbalance as a way shortcut to teach his child to kill without mercy. By the time he was ten years old he had already accompanied his father on several missions and killed several other children while out on these missions, which during the time period was not unheard of but still rather impressive. Although his father was not from a clan he had a powerful weapon in the Nuibari that allowed him to keep pace with those in clans even those with the dreaded Kekkei Genkai. It was this weapon that Squishy was being taught to use primarily and while Kenjutsu was his father's main focus Squishy would often use the free time he had to train other things as well as he did not want to be a one trick pony. It was then that he learned his love of Kekkai Ninjutsu and when he began developing his own fighting style with it and the Nuibari, however he was not able to refine the fighting style as his father was still using the sword whenever they went on missions and Squishy had to make due with his other skills. This was fine with Squishy as this gave him time to improve his other methods of fighting which made him an extremely balanced fighter. He was easily rivaling the youngsters in his age range that were making a name for themselves in other parts of the world. Just as he was hearing tales of Issho and Kaname he was sure they were hearing stories of him. Genryuusai was not happy with his son being compared to other children as he felt that his little weapon was much more skilled than any other child near his age range and even some adults. He pushed his son further and further training him harder and harder each new training scheme being more dangerous than the last. This isn't to say that he was not a good father because he was. He treated Squishy with love and compassion and even though when he was training with him he showed the boy no mercy and gave him no quarter it was a complete 180 when the training was over. Squishy led a charmed life with brutal training and he would not have had it any other way. He loved his parents and he loved his training and the power and skill that came with it. By the time his father had been chosen as one of the Gokage Squishy was thought of to be the second strongest shinobi in the water country. So it was only right that he accompany his father in his battles against the ten tailed beast. During one of the early battles he father lost his right arm which was his dominant arm saving another of the Gokage from an attack from the chakra monster. Although the other Gokage member was able to fashion Genryuusai with an artificial arm that was of better quality than anything either of them had seen before his father would no longer be able to properly handle Nuibari as he had not had the time to become fully accustomed to the arm. Because of this Squishy was given the sword and told that it was his time to wield it anyway as he had shown himself worthy. The battles raged on longer and harder than before and Squishy finally got to meet the other children of legend who were learning from the Gokage children like Issho and Kaname who were forging legends of their own much like Squishy himself was. Squishy quickly feel into his own in the united forces and no one looked at him as the son one of the Gokage anymore they seen his accomplishments separate from his father's and respected him for his own merit. As the war raged on between the Gokage and the Ten Tails a meeting was held and Squishy decided that it was only right to take his apprentice with him to the meeting. It seemed he was not the only one that thought that either. The meeting itself would become legendary as it would create the five man jutsu needed to rid the world of the Juubi. During the battle it was Squishy's job to buy time for the Gokage and his barriers and speed helped tremendously and although he wanted to show off his new fighting style he had not yet perfected it so he decided to fight the traditional way his father taught him with a few twist of his own of course. Upon using the jutsu he watched as his father wasted away and heard the last words of the Gokage. Squishy knew exactly what it was he needed to do. He would unite the clans of Muzi no Kuni and create a unified ninja alliance much like the one that fought against the Juubi he would do so through his words and force if need be. His first target was the Seven Legendary Swords of Mizu no Kuni and the clans that held them. The first was the Kubikiribochi, He tracked the sword down and found that it was held by its previous owner’s father whom was the elder of the Kaguya clan and had much say in the affairs of the clan even though he himself was not the clan leader, when he told the old man his plans for the sword the old man agreed to allow him to inherit the blade as his son would have approved. He was glad that he was able to use his oration skill to acquire the sword and through it the backing of the Kaguya clan. He trained in the use of the sword while following the rumors to track down the second sword, which was called Kiba. These swords were harder to find but easy to acquire. The finding of Kiba was hard because the clan was elusive and hard to get a hold of; the clan themselves was almost impossible to be found unless they wanted to be found. It took Squishy a considerable amount of time and fighting to find them. Upon finding the Saizo clan they were so impressed that Squishy could find them that they agreed to his terms which were their legendary sword and cooperation. Samehada on the other hand was a different story, extremely easy to find yet it was the most difficult sword to acquire as well as to use. It was the easiest to find because it found him, the Yuki clan had heard rumors of an experienced and skilled swordsmen who was going around collecting rare and powerful swords, and they figured that they would end up facing each other anyway so they should get it out the way right now. He made the deal that whoever lost would give up their swords to the other, the other Yuki clan already having collected Shibuki and annexed the Mitsudo clan. The fight was hard fought though in the end Squishy won he still had to fight in order to get Samehada under his control as the sword did not like his chakra it took a while but he eventually forced the sword to obey him. The next fight was one he knew he would have to do from the very beginning, and one he knew would be the toughest so he saved it for last. During the war he had met one person over and over again and although there were several others, this was the one that he could not stand. This was the Hozuki clan and their sword Hiramekarei, and was a force to be reckoned with; it also seemed as if they like Squishy and the Yuki went looking for swords to bolster their clans’s strength. As when they fought he also pulled out another sword named Kabutowari from the San clan, the fight was a long and tough with both opponents almost dying quite a few times, though in the end it was Squishy who won, having gained seven unique and powerful swords and the mastery to use them as well as the insight to teach others to use them. Not to mention the backing of the seven most powerful clans in all of Mizu no Kuni It was this that made him undisputed as the second coming of the Mizukage. That he he was able to travel through all of Mizu no Kuni and defeat the toughest fighters from the strongest clans then convince them to join his cause was something that not even his father could have done. At the end of his journey he was praised as the Mizukage and the leader of the coalition of the mist which was changed to Kirigakure or the village hidden in the mist after Issho created something akin to Squishy's coalition and named it a ninja village. Several years passed by with Squsihy creating the seven swordsmen of the mist and using the swords to teach a new generation of youngsters how to wield them. Although each clan was open to reclaim their sword the swords would no longer stay within the clan and would instead pass on to the strongest kenjutsu user that could wield the sword best which cemented the organization as a master disciple type deal. Squishy or Lord Squishy as he was now called (due to the children of his village not being able to say his name) went to the first meeting of the new age of Gokage and saw plenty of familiar faces there they hashed out a new Shinobi system and academy thanks in large part to Issho. Squishy would take it a step farther and also create an underground fight club in order to keep his ninja war ready. | ||||||||
SPECIALIZATIONS: NINJUTSU: SKILL RANK: B SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Never wanting to be a one trick pony, and knowing that he would one day have to live up to his father’s legacy, Squishy has pushed himself to become better in every aspect of being a shinobi, this is extended but not limited to ninjutsu. His knowledge and understanding ninjutsu of chakra flow, shape, and even nature transformation are extensive. Because of his studies and training, Squishy is well-versed in a variety of ninjutsu types and could use his arsenal for offensive and defensive purposes. His ninjutsu abilities are such that Squishy can utilize three out of five of the basic nature transformations, He can use Water Release without a nearby water source, being able to produce massive torrents or defensive walls. He can also control the temperature of his water from scalding hot to icy cold. He could also change the volume of any water or water vapors that he runs his chakra through. While his ninjutsu prowess is incredible is he is not as skilled as a ninjutsu specialist. Squishy has always had a way with ninjutsu that erected and dispelled barriers. He just understood them in a way that he could not explain. Upon seeing his first Kekkai Ninjutsu his eyes lit up with understanding and from that moment on most of his Ninjutsu training was either erecting or dispelling barriers. In the time before the Ten Tails this was looked at as a cowards art as it had nothing to do with waging war and was usually used to stall for time or run away. Yet Squishy who was never a coward seen more for the art. He quickly developed a way to fight using barriers and soon other began to pick up the art for its combat tactics that he had shown the world. While it could not be said that he invented barrier ninjutsu it can be said that he reinvented it and that without him it would not be the same. His skill in the art is said to be unquestionably the best and while he is of the mind that he still has a long way to go there are many who believe that he has attained perfection in the art and that there can be no better skill than what he has already shown. His skill gives him the ability to manipulate the barriers that he has made with his will alone much like he was molding his own chakra. Also anyone using a barrier jutsu against him will find that their barriers are much more easily broken due to his intimate knowledge of barriers and their inner workings (though this applies to barriers that he personally knows or have seen before ICly). TAIJUTSU: SKILL RANK: B SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Squishy's use of taijutsu is based around his nearly unmatched speed, the fact that he does not have a traditional taijutsu fighting style has never slowed him down, his strategy for hand to hand combat was always you don't need to hit them hard if you hit them fast, if you are fast enough you could hit a person multiple times and injure them before they could take you out and you wouldn't need power to do it. He learned body movements and predictive analysis in order to help him with his fighting, he also learned how to fight while watching someones feet so that he would not have to look his opponent straight in the eye he decided to learn this after fighting side by side with Issho and seeing how his eyes could turn even the clones of the ten tails as well as the stories he heard about what the Sharingan can do. Although his natural strength is quite lower than average he more than makes up for it in speed and knowledge. His technique has been perfected to the point that he can fight on par with even a Taijutsu specialist of lower ranks though taijutsu specialist of his rank would still overcome him. BUKIJUTSU: SKILL RANK: B SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: While he likes to believe that his Bukijutsu is his best art the truth is that while he is quite amazing when it comes to basic bukijutsu and kenjutsu his talents in bukijutsu are on par with his talents in everything else. This is not to diminish his incredible skill in Bukijutsu as he is able to wield with one of the most incredible swords ever made in the nuibari. He can also expertly use an entire battlefield of swords quite literally. while the bulk of his bukijutsu knowledge pertains to swords he also knows a great deal about projectiles and poison as well as a a cursory knowledge of other weapons so as to better defend himself against them. While his knowledge is prodigious it is nothing compared to a Bukijutsu specialist. GENJUTSU: SKILL RANK: B SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Squishy's offensive genjutsu prowess is laughable for a ninja of his caliber.Although he is one of the most elite ninja in the world his offensive genjutsu only at the level of a normal chuunin. However his genjutsu defense and recognition is on par with the rest of his skills. It would the most adept users of genjutsu to keep in enthralled in a genjutsu for more than a few moments. That being said even a few moments trapped within a genjutsu can turn the tide of a fight. To this end he is still training to perfect his genjutsu defense and he beliueves the best way to start doing this is to strengthen his understanding of offensive genjutsu and its uses. FUUINJUSTU: SKILL RANK: B SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Squishy learned fuinjutsu for one reason the storing of his swords. He always used "way too many swords" as his father put it, when fighitng. He decided at a young age that carrying them around in the two fairly large sword holders was very impractical. So he learned the lighing flash blade creation to hide his swords within his trench coat for better use when fighting. His skill with fuin has become so great that he even managed to take the jutsu and make variants to shoot his swords out like projectiles or even just summon one sword to fight with. although he does not know any other fuijutsu and his fuin skill pales in comparison to the likes of Issho he is not that far away from the Hokage in skill level when it comes ot fuin. | ||||||||

It was also believed that he was the second fastest ninja in his country the only one faster being his father a member of the Gokage and was said to be the fastest among them. He inherited this speed and when his father passed along with the other Gokage he also inherited the title of fastest shinobi alive. While others have shown speed so that this title could be argued that there are others just as fast maybe even faster than he is his natural speed is said to be at the apex of what natural speed can be. His natural speed without the use of speed enhancing jutsu or chakra boost is on par with the running of a taijutsu master using chakra to enhance their speed. He can keep this speed up for prolonged periods and when using chakra to boost his speed it becomes hard for all but the most accomplished dojutsu users to track his movements. To most it would look like his natural speed is some kind of transportation jutsu. This level of speed however comes with the drawback of him having spent more time speed training than power training because of this his strength is several below average. He is about as strong as a normal human being of his slight build. His speed is so great that he can manage to dodge a kunai after it made contact with his skin without receiving any damage if the kunai was thrown from an average chuunin level shinobi. Masterful Orator Squishy is an unparalleled orator when compared to other Shinobi, capable of spinning eloquence or humor into an offhand comment and prone to making grand, moving speeches off the top of his head. He uses this skill when giving speeches and talking to the masses to stir them up and get their heart pumping. He has more than once used his elocution to get the masses behind a task that they normally would against. However his grandiloquence is not just wasted on the masses as he uses it even in a one on one tone. In these instances he is able to argue and or debate with the best of them. While maintaining his cool, he is rather adept at philosophical arguments, swiftly seeing the cracks in any opponent's logic without missing a beat in conversation. This helps him by allowing him to talk his way out of most situations as well as sway both PC's and NPCs to his way of thinking. While it does not always work those of weak mind or low intelligence are much more likely to succumb to his wiles. God Like Chakra Control Squishy never wanted to be the guy on the battlefield who wasted chakra. He did not care to ever find out if he was blessed with higher than average chakra pools and instead decided to work on his control from the very start. He knew that if he had perfect chakra control the amount of chakra he had would not matter as he had seen those with below average chakra pools spam jutsu just as effectively and sometimes even more so than those with deep chakra reserves. Because of his control he no longer waste any energy never using anymore then he needs to. Squishy's control with chakra is unique as he is able to not only transfer his own chakra to his allies but also manipulate his own chakra signature to mimic or resonate with others (allowing him to share his reserves with others as well as attune his chakra signature to better hid from sensors by pretending to be someone else by matching other chakra signatures). Through intense chakra training and repetitive use of multiple jutsu Squishy was able to master his craft to the point where he could mold his chakra for more familiar jutsu without having to use hand seals. This had been something he attempted to learn ever since he saw a ninja die while attempting to use hand seals. Its something that took him very long to learn but since learning he has become infamous for his quick use of jutsu and lack of hand seals which makes him more versatile in combat. he credits this to his, as he puts it, God Like Chakra Control. Silent Killing Squishy was born in raised in an area that was subject to mist so thick you would swear your eyes was closed and all you could see was white, because of this he, like others from his country learned to fight using their ears more than their eyes. Thus the silent killing fighting style was born augmented mostly by various version of the hidden mist jutsu those from Mizu no Kuni have shown their mastery in this style of combat. Squishy who could be considered to be one of the best if not THE best shinobi in the country has attained a level in this fighting style that is incomparable. He has accomplished feats such as dispatching whole squads of enemies without them ever being alerted to his presence. These feats are possible to him because not only has he learned to detect and fight his opponent using sound alone but he also has learned how to completely negate sounds he makes while moving and breathing. He accomplished this by rigging his clothes with a shit load of bells and training until he could do preform the most acrobatic of moves without the bells ringing. While he no longer wears the bells his skills are still very much intact and he can move at full speed without making a sound. Omniscient Hunter Squishy can be considered to be a great sensory ninja though he likes to refer to himself as more of a hunter than a sensor. Not only has his tracking, trapping, and stalking skills reached the highest extent possible so too has his natural sensing ability. These things make him an excellent hunter and each one is quite impressive in its own right but when combined it makes him a peerless hunter that has never failed to hunt down his prey as well as never needed to use excessive force to bring them down. His tracking ability is such that he could tell the difference between prints of a fat man and the prints of a man that was holding something heavy. His tracking skills also give way to his survival skills and plant knowledge as knowing what plants do what and how nature works and how to live of the land is a great way to know when something has been tampered with in an unnatural way which could be a path to his prey. Trapping is not his favorite or strongest aspect as a hunter but he is still quite good at it. Able to rig a trap using only things in the natural environment to ensnare not only animals but living things as well is something that any hunter prides themselves on and Squishy has been known to make traps out of other traps in order to backfire on them when they went to check on it. Stalking his prey is what he is known for best. Being able to follow close behind his target without them knowing he was ever there is something he prides himself on. He would tell anyone who would listen about how during the time before the ten tails attack he successfully snuck up on and attack a Hyuuga with their Byakugan active. The trick to it he says is predictive movement. Being able to tell how and when a person is about to move just by how they tense their muscles is an act Squishy has mastered. He has been a sensor for as long as he could remember. He never really needed to train in it as he could always read chakra signatures and feel excess chakra from left over jutsu. This allows him to know when others are present due to their chakra. He can differentiate between individuals through their chakra signature alone and can even tell their species and after several years of training their relative skill level. He can do this from about fifteen and a half miles away (25kms). He can also tell what country a person is from due to their chakra signature. Madness of Power: Individualism Squishy has always valued individualism and power and has a thirst for it, Because of this he has gained an ability that allows him to enhance a shinobi's individual powers. What this means is that when Squishy is fighting alongside others that he is familiar with he will boost their individual SA;s making them one rank stronger (for genin this would push them to chuunin level ability in their SA;s and for Kage it would push them to legendary status). This enchancement works for both his allies and himself and last for as long as they are fighting together. As Squishy becomes weaker throughout the fight the enhancement becomes weaker as well untill it becomes negated all together. | ||||||||
