APPEARANCE HEIGHT 5'8" WEIGHT 136 lbs. Judging by ones appearance, it would be pretty hard for Tsuki to go unnoticed throughout Kirigakure. Not only because she is a well known jonin of the village, but because of her immense beauty. Tsuki's main cause for standing out in the village are her exotic features that she wears to perfection. Like most in the village, Tsuki flaunts beautiful fair colored skin, which only accents her natural beauty tenfold. Tsuki's long aqua-colored hair trails down to the small of her back, in her hair she wears a small trinket resembling a tiara, allowing her hair to hang freely. Her eyes are a beautiful cerulean blue in color matching her hair, and are usually as piercing as the tip of a sword, or they can be soft and even seductive. Another noticeable feature are Tsuki's naturally full lips that have a natural pout to them, usually coated in a pink gloss. She also has quite the sizable bust and is reputably very 'bootyful', giving Tsuki the appearance of a seductress which fits her quite well. Tsuki usually wears a stern facial expression, but has an undeniable beauty to her that can leave a man or even woman swooning over her. Even despite having sharpened her teeth to appear shark-like, Tsuki's level of appeal and sexiness is still at an all time high. As for clothing, Tsuki's style is very simple, yet still looks elegantly fitted to her body. She wears a tight fitting sleeveless black shirt that brings extra attention to her bosom due to the size of her bust seemingly squeezed beneath. To cover her exposed arms, she wears pin-stripped arm sleeves that extend all the way from her hands to her biceps. On her midsection, Tsuki wears a pin-stripped cloth belt that looks more like a skirt on her hips. Under which she wears the standard dark colored pants with bandages wrapped around her high ankle with her shoes covering the rest of the bandage. Tsuki wears the standard slate grey flak jacket of Kirigakure that features a neck-guard along with elongated shoulder pads that feature the village symbol on each padding when she attends missions where heavy combat is expected. Tsuki wears her hitai-ate in the usual location tied around her forehead proudly wearing the symbol of Kiri. Her pouch is seated toward the back right side of her waist, with a kunai holster on her left thigh. Tsuki stands at 5 feet 8 inches (1.76m), weighing in at 135 lbs. (61.2kg). Tsuki has a very curvy figure. And with her large breasts, thin waist, plump bottom and lips as luscious as hers, its easy to see why Tsuki has the appearance of a seductress. | ||||||||
PERSONALITY Run, run, run as fast as you can... A snide and carefree individual, Tsuki rarely hesitates to say whatever is on her mind, despite who is around or what it might lead to. Usually coming off as impolite, especially to her superiors and subordinates, her rather flamboyant attitude has caused her higher-ups a certain amount of grief in their time. Some have even accused her of being incapable of telling a lie. While she denies this, it still remains to be proven otherwise. This is not to say she is uncaring or selfish. She is very often quite the kind individual, she just has a rather brash way of expressing herself. Still, despite the certain amount of disrespect for common etiquette that she shows, she is often rather sociable and open to those around her. Despite being so loquacious, Tsuki knows how to convey her emotions through her facial expressions and hand gestures, which she's mastered quite well in her years alive. However, when Tsuki does in fact choose to speak, she has an untamed habit of doing so bluntly so her words often come across as harsh even when on the rare occasion that she didn't want such an outcome. Tsuki is a firm believer in tough love, and the phrase 'No pain, no gain." as that was the same way she learned and feels that ninja aren't supposed to be babied if they are going to efficient shinobi for their respective village. With that being said, as a sensei, Tsuki uses her harsh tone of voice and even her sometimes scathing words as a form of (hopefully) what would be taken as inspiration for the younger shinobi. That being said, she is extremely perceptive and adaptive, able to coolly judge which courses of action will lead to the most beneficial results and capable of thinking and acting on the fly in response to unpredictable or mutable circumstances which comes in handy with her profession as a Hunter Ninja. Widely seen throughout the village, is the regal attitude Tsuki wears. She's often seen as a snob because of her attitude, seeing herself as better than others and looking down on them because of it. And it's quite easy to see why, how would you act if your clan was one of the Noble clans within the village? Kinda entitled, right? Tsuki openly takes pride in her clan, even so far as to proclaim that their ability is without equal within the hidden village. Another trait that Tsuki is known for is her extremely short temper. Despite her father's best attempts to drill into Tsuki the importance of keeping a level head, that's one lesson Tsuki seems unable to grasp. Tsuki has an incredible short tolerance for any sort of ignorance or childish antics, as they drive her up the wall to no end and always have since she was a youngster. Being so quick to lash out, Tsuki's outbursts of anger are usually followed by her yelling and cursing someone out to tell them to knock it off, quickly followed a swift strike of her hand (whether hydrated or not is up to her discretion hehe). | ||||||||
HISTORY Tsuki’s mother, Suhada was a whore and everyone knew it, though nobody seemed to hold it against her. She had no real profession to speak of, aside from showing up to high class parties on the arm of some distinguished and well known shinobi. Despite having very little to call her own, she lived a life of relative extravagance and made ends meet with gifts from her many suitors. Eventually she caught the eye of one of Mizu no Kuni's most well-known Shinobi, named Hozuki Kensei. The two began a whirlwind affair that lasted nearly four years, and during that time, she became pregnant. This came as a particular surprise to Suhada, who had been told by the medic-nin that she was incapable of ever bearing a child. Kensei was ecstatic and promised her that he would leave his wife for her once the baby was born. However, the two would see no fairy tale ending. In the midst of the founding war, Kensei could not be there to witness the birth of his child. He returned home after a particularly nasty campaign to discover that his beloved Suhada had died during delivery. Kensei was devastated and blamed the infant, Tsuki, for the loss of his lover. He could not bear to take her into his home and so the newly orphaned baby was given up for adoption. During the early part of her childhood, Tsuki was under the care of an elderly kunoichi who had been forced to retire because of the injuries she'd sustained fighting in the war. However, this arrangement wouldn't last long, the woman, who had been raised in a time of death and war, strictly believed in barbaric customs and traditions; including one she called the "Abandonment Tradition" that went back beyond the warring clans. Back in the day, the woman and her militant family followed a strict custom of abandonment in order to achieve strength. The largest family that some during her years had ever known was a mother, a father, and one child. If the parents have another child, then the first is abandoned; once again, Tsuki was on her own. This time, she didn't approach the country elders for another makeshift home. Instead, the girl would abide by the old tradition partly as a means to survive and also to spit in the women's face once she overcame the trial. Growing up on the streets wasn't as bad as most thought, Tsuki had met and befriended so many of Mizu no Kuni's villagers, some nice and others not so nice. Though one man stood out among all of them, a retired Mizu no Kuni Shinobi, PoPo or 'Old Man Popo' as Tsuki called him. During his time, Popo was a high-ranking shinobi who fell from grace within the country for not completing a valuable mission during the war, and thus was shunned by his fellow shinobi and citizens alike. They spent the rest of Tsuki's young years together, homeless, but together. The elder shinobi even began to train Tsuki in the most basic of skills to help further her chances of survival, from how to fish, identify poisonous berries etc. up until he felt Tsuki was ready to join the ninja ranks. Soon Tsuki was ready to join the military. She was young, even among the rookies, but being on her own had forced her to mature early. She sprinted her way through with the ranks with high praise. It was then that she was reintroduced to her father who had heard of her acts of military might and come to train her in the art of being a true Hozuki. Although he still would not allow Tsuki to live with him he did began to be nice to her and trained her in her birthright as an Hozuki, though he did not do this out of love he did it as his duty as the clan leader, not to shape her to be his heir but simply to strengthen his clan. Tsuki spent most of her time honing the skills taught to her from both her father and Mr. Popo by this time she was being spoken of in the same breath as people like Sesshoukage whom was being lorded as the shinobi to watch as he was the son of the strongest shinobi of the time in Mizu no Kuni. Because of this the two, Sesshoukage and Tsuki, trained and sparred with each other a lot pushing each other to their limits and bringing out the best in one another. Soon the warring between the countries had given way to another more intense brawl with a beast known as the ten tails. Tsuki was among those in the forefront of the fighting. Her medical and tactile expertise did not go unnoticed by Sesshoukage who in turn made sure his father Genryuusai took note of it as well. Because of this she carried out a lot of missions and gained quite a name for herself as well. Though the name did not come with a description and most thought the name was that of a legend those that knew her knew her skill. She was there at the time of the Gokage’s fall and was one of the first people Sesshoukage turned to when it came time to build what he was calling the shinobi village hidden in the mist or Kirigakure. He had a twofold plan and while he would do the heavy lifting that required flash and brass tactics she herself was tasked with something much subtler. Which was getting the Daimyo of Mizu no Kuni to fund the village as well as to back Kirigakure. By the time Squishy had collected all the swords and united all the clans under him she was able to use these feats and Squishy’s name as well as her own skill in politics to assure the support of the daimyo. After setting up the village it did not stop. Squishy appointed her as one of the first of something he called hunter-nin an elite task force that would be known only to him and would answer only to him. The purpose of the hunter-nin were to take on missions that could start wars if found out they were being taken. As such the fundamental rule of hunter-nin is that it does not exist and if one were to be caught taking on one of these missions they are to die and destroy their body before being taken in and questioned. Tsuki was partnered with another member of the hunter-nin that was trained by Squishy personally. Although not customary for the members of the hunter-nin to divulge their identities even to their partners Kira and Tsuki became extremely close and decided to share this information with each other. Tsuki is also one of the leading medics and Kiri and currently is the head medic on call when she is not busy with her hunter-nin duties. She is an ever-loyal right hand to Squishy and the blade lurking in the shadow of the mist. With her and Kira together there is not a lot that cannot be done and Squishy has quite a few plans for the two. | ||||||||
SPECIALIZATIONS: Suika no Jutsu | Hydrification Technique The Hydrification Technique is a protean, whole-body technique whereby the user can liquefy their body at will. This technique makes it impossible to receive damage from physical attacks. From a single hair, to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified at will. Be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack in a liquefied state, this technique boasts a high strategic value. Applying this technique, the user can also modify their body parts for suitable situations or even use the liquid as projectiles. NINJUTSU: SKILL RANK: B SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Tsuki is very well versed in the art of ninjutsu, and has been since she began to practice in the art many years ago. Tsuki has an extensive background in medical ninjutsu, and is quite familiar with their usage, with her levels of chakra control she is able to heal multiple ally for long durations while still maintaining chakra to be able to go on the offense should she be needed in the fight. In her arsenal are multiple ninjutsu that allow her to damage an enemy up close or even from a distance. Tsuki is also well versed in elemental ninjutsu, with great knowledge in suiton and raiton elements, which have a great usefulness in medical techniques. While her greatest arsenal suits her medical background, Tsuki is no slack when it comes to going on the offensive. TAIJUTSU: SKILL RANK: B SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Tsuki's level of Taijutsu ability is above average for the level of a jonin ranked ninja. She is able to defend herself against multiple opponents at once without physically being overwhelmed by them. Coupled with her extensive medical knowledge, Tsuki has the ability to attack an opponent's pressure points located on various parts of the body in order to debilitate them easily with only a few strikes. She can also can attack a person with a dangerous chakra scalpel which can easily slice a persons flesh or if she so chooses to slice muscle tissue and tendons in order to physically render an opponent unable to move. As a member of the Hozuki clan, Tsuki possesses the ability to turn her body into water at will which gives her a big advantage over her opponents during fights in that she cannot physically harmed by your average physical attacks. BUKIJUTSU: SKILL RANK: C SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Tsuki's level of Bukijutsu ability is average for the level of a jonin ranked ninja. Tsuki carries an abundance of weapons usable in battle in her ninja pouch that she's able to use jutsu with. She wields senbon with expert precision and thus has jutsu that allows her the most out of their range of usefulness. With her knowledge of poisons, Tsuki's bladed weapons are quite dangerous to be cut by as there's just no telling what they could be laced with if anything at all which adds for an extra surprise once the effects take hold. GENJUTSU: SKILL RANK: D SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Tsuki's level of Genjutsu ability is below average for a Jonin level shinobi. While it isn't her preferred art, Tsuki is familiar with the casting and fighting off of genjutsu. Tsuki is a more direct fighter and thus doesn't typically employ the usage of mind tricks when fighting her opponent, though that isn't to say she doesn't know any genjutsu. FUUINJUSTU: SKILL RANK: D SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: As a Hunter-Nin, Tsuki is quite familiar with the concept of fuinjutsu and is adept in the basic art of sealing techniques. With the generic sealing technique, Tsuki can both seal and unseal items as she pleases in scrolls that she carries on her person at all times, which comes in handy as a Hunter-Nin for when she needs to keep the severed heads of her targets to take back to the Mizukage as proof of their termination. | ||||||||

Over the years Tsuki has acquired a wealth of medical knowledge. With her level of experience, she is able to identify ailments with minor physical inspection and treat conditions that other medical ninja thought impossible. Tsuki is also skilled enough to reattach severed limbs. Tsuki has a sort of encyclopedic knowledge of the human anatomy and physiology and knows how to 'shut it down' by hitting its pressure points should she ever need to defend herself in combat against an opponent. She also has an encyclopedic knowledge of combating many different types of medicinal plants and the environments they grow in making her an accomplished botanist, and she uses such knowledge to create and combat poisons used on the battlefield. Worthy of note, Tsuki also has an intimate knowledge of the clans of Kirigakure having long treated them on the battlefield and having studied their genetic structure over a long period of time. Tsuki has also created some medical inventions: one being a gelatin substance that speeds the natural recovery rate of the body; a substance that she can also create within her body, a few basic poisons of varying effects and several stimulants that she can use on her allies to keep them fighting longer. As a medic having been exposed repeatedly to basic poisons that deteriorate ones health, over time Tsuki has become immune to the most basic of poisons. Silent Killing As the name suggests, this technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually (but not limited to) from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user moves silently, it is notoriously difficult be defended against, because the attack cannot be anticipated. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away. A specialty among the ninja of the Hidden Mist, Tsuki has been trained in the art of Silent Killing since her youth and has become good enough to track and kill her opponents through sound detection alone. In summation, enemies have never met Tsuki in vision impaired combat, for she has a certain set of skills that enable her to find you and when she finds you she will kill you leaving no trace of your body after making sure to claim adequate biological information to give to the proper people to learn the secrets of your body. Master Chakra Control Tsuki has acquired a level of mastery over her chakra control akin to that of some of the most skilled Medical Ninja or even that of a Genjutsu master. Her level of control allows her to depress her chakra levels to give her a seemingly less than average level of chakra to that of most sensors allowing for her to go mostly unnoticed. With her level of control, she is able to perform jutsu with a minimal amount of chakra allowing for her to fight for longer periods of time due to conservation of chakra, she also is able to perform techniques with fewer seals than usually required and with one hand to boot, which gives her an upper hand in battle as she can simultaneously fight while weaving signs for techniques to take an enemy by surprise with a seemingly spontaneous attack. Hunter Ninja Veteran Tsuki is an extraordinary hunter nin and quite reputable among the group in which she is simply known as "Vampire" in reference to her ability to absorb chakra from her opponents. As a hunter nin it is only reasonable to assume that Tsuki has a talent for being able to track a person across great distances with minimal clues as to where they could have gone, an ability she keeps in tip top shape by tracking wild animals and even tailing shinobi without their knowledge for the hell of it. A hunter since childhood, there's a slim chance for Tsuki to lose trail of her target once she has their trail. She's earned herself a legend among the Hunter Nin as to having never lost a target before. Ninja have often left traps behind when they learn of the reputed Vampire being on their trail in hopes to either slow her down or even potentially kill her off. Lastly, it's ultimately Tsuki's job to dispose of the bodies of the ninja she's assigned to hunt down, to which Tsuki is no stranger to, as she has a multitude of techniques at her disposal that she can use to reduce a body to ashes or even have it devoured on the spot by wild carrion crows to protect the secrets of the village. Though for her own purposes as of late behind the Mizukage's back, she has been keeping some of her targets bodies after the kill. Chakra Absorption A most unholy ability. Tsuki can absorb the physical and spiritual energy of an opponent by simply coming into physical contact with their body. By extension, Tsuki is also able to absorb chakra through the usage of her jutsu so long as it physically touches a target. When absorbing an opponent's chakra, Tsuki experiences an invigorating feeling as her chakra stores are replenished, meanwhile her opponent reputedly feels their bodies weaken continually so long as the contact remains making it harder for them to escape and fight back against her. The longer Tsuki holds, the greater chance she has in actually killing her opponent. | ||||||||
