APPEARANCE HEIGHT 5'11 WEIGHT 155 lbs Kira is a tall, curvaceous and sexually attractive fair skinned woman. Being an Uzumaki, Kira had large amounts of scarlet colored hair braided and located in the front and back of her body. During her years as a shinobi, Kira has placed fuinjutsu seals on her own body to increase her chances in battle, because of this there are numerous seal and fuinjutsu tattoos littering the kunochi's body. Her everyday attire is considered outlandish even for Hunter-nin status , Kira dons a negligible version of the typical witch's garb, showing more of her skin and body stature that the treadition garb. Her black top has an opening in the center of it, exposing a portion of her rather large breasts, and a heart-shaped pattern around the borders. It extends down to the naval of her stomach where it ends. Kira's bottoms like the rest of her outfit is rather revealing, being only a black loincloth with the symbol of the Uzumaki clan emblazoned on its front. She also wears black thigh-high boots with heels that have a white-colored border near the top and gloves of the same color and design, only having claw-like extensions. Her black witch's hat is much larger than her head and possesses a fur lining near its edges. PERSONALITY NINDO: "Let's Get Naked?!" As a member of Kirigakure's hunter-nin, Kira was taught to be is extremely calm and collected individual, however she is and always have been rather loud and energetic. Kira tends to be unfailingly polite when it comes to dealing with diplomacy and politics. However, this is just a mask to disguise her manipulative, and very dangerous, nature. In truth, she cares very little for the other shinobi nations, and is willing to use almost everyone around her as pawns to achieve prosperity within Kiri. She is willing to stop at nothing to further Mizu no Kuni's political and military power, including manipulating or killing anyone if she deems it to be necessary. Believing only Kirigakure and it's allies are worth her honor and integrity. Kira isn't above doing altruistic deeds for other people seemingly without thank, however it should be noted that everything she does will benefit Kirigakure in some shape or form. Kira's appearance also plays a part in her personality, since large breast and toned body, combined with her heavy use of sarcasm and mocking politeness, make it very difficult to discern her thoughts. Many shinobi outside of Kirigakure find her demeanor and appearance rather unsettling. Kira is fully aware of the effect she has on people and is known to take advantage if it, even if its for her own amusement. While on missions for her shinobi village, Kira is a composed individual with a pragmatic approach to life. She believed that, through well-defined rules and laws, many of the world's problems could be solved. Also she is not a woman to tolerate insubordination, and is vocal with those who attempt to act in such a manner. She is quick to anger in the face of possible betrayal, especially if it's an Kirigakure native. The embodiment of conviction, Kira is a devout follower of the traditions of Mizu no kuni. As such, Kira is very loyal to kirigakure and takes her duties very seriously, expecting the same from the rest of her shinobi force. Despite her approach to the rest of the world, when it came to her comrades and villagers, Kira can be seen as some what of a joker and even a fun person. Able to laugh and be the butt of jokes. Lastly, Kira is infamous among her peers for getting drunk and doing outrageous things, to the point that even her closest friends don't believe her when she pleads innocent. | ||||||||
HISTORY Kira was born to a family of Uzumaki clan shinobi who family lineage traced back to the era of Uzushi no kuni. Decades before Kira was born, her family’s earliest ancestors were taken from the ruins of Uzushi no kuni and trained as assassins within the lands of Mizu no kuni for the Daimyo's interests. (In present times the family has integrated into Kirigakure, more specifically it’s hunter-nin organization). That being said, Kira was born into the life of a shinobi. Her parents were overjoyed at the birth of their baby girl, as she showed great promise from birth. Kira would follow not only assassin training but also the traditional Uzumaki training. Because of this she would already mastered many espionage and fuinjutsu techniques at a tender age, and was set to be one of the best assassins the family has ever produced. Both her father and mother started teaching the girl at a young age. Her father started strengthening her body, in hopes that he we would grow up stronger than most adults let alone the kids in her generation. The training borderline torture as her father subjected her to various amounts of different detriments such as electricity, cold, heat and poisons even stimulants such as chakra pills. It endowed her with an unique set of talents: resistance to poison, the ability to tolerate high amounts of the elements and pain, and even considerable strength before receiving any form of chakra training. By the time Kira could talk and read, her mother started teaching her the fundamentals of the shinobi world, lessons that would eventually lead the girl to becoming the epitome of an Uzumaki shinobi. It was also her mothers teachings of the world and chakra that completely devoted her to becoming a shinobi. At the age of 10, the war against the ten tails would end. Because of the years of war, Mizu no kuni like most of the world had suffered great casualties and desperately needed to restore stability. Kira's family would become dormant, as the world had begun to heal. While the Mizu no kuni's family of Uzumaki went into the shadows awaiting the call of their daimyo. A man known only as lord squish would traverse the isles of Mizu no kuni, unifying the great clans. Creating what he called the coalition of the mist. Soon the family of Uzumaki would also integrate into Squishy's coalition lending their power to unite the lands. The coalitions leader, squish, was something of a perfectionist, this caused Kira to strive to improve both herself, and her abilities. It also fueled her need to become one of the best in her chosen fields. During the time with his coalition, Kira trained mostly in fuinjutsu and bukijutsu. Her peers had noticed Kira had an enormous amount of endurance and an even greater will. Kira was able to keep fighting effectively, while her peers who were a couple years older than him could not. Kira had the privilege of fighting alongside the man a number of times, many shinobi knew him and a lot more feared him on the battle field. For three years, Kira was taken under the tutelage of the shinobi. Squishy’s substantial knowledge of the shinobi arts greatly improved Kira's abilities, even allowing her to further unlock a hijutsu unique to herself, Kagura's mind eye. Kira's training with squish made her strong, and in some aspects, arrogant. Because of their Teacher\student relationship, she seemed to believe that she could get away with whatever she wanted to do and acted out accordingly. Though at first, her mischief was manageable, soon her exploits eventually grew out hand and Squish was forced to intervene. He intensified Kira's training tenfold, beating her within an inch of her life during their first few spars. But Kira being an Uzumaki was markedly resilient and she learned quickly. Though regrettably through violence, Squish managed to earn his respect and was content with his student's newfound obedience. Because of years of fighting and training with the coalition and the 'specific' type of missions they went on, kira had started to change. While her outwardly jovial nature seemed to remain intact, deep down inside a great lust for inflicting pain and bouts to the death grew within. Soon blood baths and the word 'sadist' would always follow behind Kira's name. The years of fighting and witnessing the true horrors of the shinobi world only fueled her lust. Even still the Squish praised her methods as Kira would do what the cruelest shinobi deemed immoral. At the age of 13, the entire world would change before Kira's young eyes, as the Era of the Hidden Villages took hold. Within a years time from the founding of the great villages, the Shinobi Organization System would change the way ninja fought around the world. Kira would be one of the first shinobi to be called chunin of the Hidden Mist. Sometime after the creation of the village and the new shinobi system, Kira was contacted by a special branch of Kiri's black ops organization known as the Hunter-nin. The group upon Squishy’s order had kept an eye on Kira after the years she spent within the coalition. This was a major turning point in the young girl's life and despite her young age, she was more than ready to take this next step in her shinobi career. Kira had seen battle and had even killed another shinobi but nothing could have prepared her for what she was about to witness within the Hunter-nin. The training was hell and the missions were worse, becoming a Hunter-nin operative was one of the hardest things she had ever put herself through. Everything had changed from the way she conducted himself to having to hide her true identity, just because of the not so morally right missions the organization conducted. Despite the hardships, becoming a hunter-nin had opened a lot of doors that Kira wouldn't have gotten a chance to see otherwise. She had been stationed in many different places, within and out of Mizu no Kuni. As such, She met and trained with shinobi from all over the world. Kira's skills with fuinjutsu and bukijutsu, coupled with her Kagura's mind eye made her a good candidate for combat. Her years in the Coalition and now the Hunter-nin only added to her already impressive repertoire, from stealth to tracking to espionage and infiltration. This lead him to be sent on many missions and be very involved with Hunter operations. Her skill and the use of her Kagura’s Mind eye combined with her sadistic nature earned her the moniker - Shimmering Phantasm. Kira earned this nickname during a tragic event that rocked the entire Hunter-nin organization. Years after Kira had joined the Hunter-nin, the organization had been conducting secrete exercises on Nagi Island, in hopes to infiltrate it's Modoriki Shrine. This wasn't an easy feat, Modoriki's location was as Hidden as a shinobi village. As such when Squishy got the first chance to infiltrate the shrine he acted immediately. Because of the importance and danger of the mission, A veteran shinobi who was known only by the codename of Vampire would be the leader of the squad. Being the most experienced of the Hunter-nin, she was more applicable than all of them. She gathered a group of her best shinobi, Kira being one of them and marched on the hidden shrine of Modoriki. The land of the country was harsh and filled with animals the squad had never seen. Once they were in they needed to gather as much information as possible documents that would ultimately aid the hidden mist. The mission was one Kira would never forget, the enemy had gotten information of their arrival, it was a trap. This couldn't be any worse, they were behind enemy lines. There was only one thing the group could do, retreat. They needed to make it back the coast to where squish's mighty turtle navy were waiting. It seemed as if the harsh land had gotten worse on they race back to the border. Kira and the vampire, knew what they needed to do, all of them weren't going to make it. Without even speaking to each other the two shinobi started sabotaging their own comrades, using them as canon fodder. The two Hunter-nin had no morals or regrets, one by one their comrades dropped as they got closer and closer. Both Kira and the vampire never looked back even as the screams of their fellow shinobi filled the forest behind their back. The two kiri shinobi would finally make it to the coast, the only two shinobi of the squad remaining. A few guard shinobi manage to catch up with them and halted their cross into waters.There was only one thing they could do, Tsuki and Kira engaged the shinobi who had come to kill them. As fate would have it, a heavy rain began to pour from the heavens above, the clear water mixing with blood upon the combatants and ground below. One by one they dropped like flies. Sou and Kouen found themselves fighting off the bandits in the middle of the battlefield. The Kiri shinobi were doing a decent job of holding them off until Kira took a large bolt of lightning through her chest. The attack was intended for the vampire, who Kira now knew as Tsuki. It had taken barely a moment to occur. The shinobi closest to them all stood back and snickered as a tearful Kira gripped her bosom. Tsuki turning suddenly to see her newly sworn war sister have a large smoking hole through her chest and out the back, before collapsing to her knees. Tsuki quickly rushing to the Kira's side would without second thought inject her with Tsuki's flesh mending serum. The pain from the injection itself was twice as bad as the pain from the actual wound. Kira didn’t know what Tsuki had done to her, all thoughts would rush to her head, even betrayal. However, Kira didn’t mind she was enjoying every minute of this encounter, the enemy shinobi would regret not taking the chance to slay Kira as she cradled her breast. Kira wiped the tears from her eyes, all at once the shinobi attacked, but it was too late. Kira had already enhanced Tsuki's abilities with het fuinjutsu, while her own wound had started to heal rapidly. As the shinobi attacked Kira unleashed her sadistic lust upon the battle field. Using a combination of abilities Kira and Tsuki decimated the battle field. Kira's demonic smile filling the shinobi with unsettling bloodlust. At this moment Kira had forgotten all about escaping and even her wound. She had completely given herself to slaying every single shinobi that stood against them that night. Kira and Tsuki had survived and staggered into ocean where they were evacuated by allied forces. Now at the age of 21, Kira would be placed on a team with none other then Tsuki, The Vampire of the Hidden Mist. It wasn’t until their last mission did Kira understand Tsuki's codename. It was perfect for her as Kira witnessed the woman suck the life from a person’s body. The two hunter-nin would continued to help Kirigakure flourish and would become the kage's most requested hunters. It was safe to say where ever these two went, death followed in their wake. | ||||||||
SPECIALIZATIONS: Daunting Life Force: SKILL RANK: A Kira is one of the few full blooded Uzumaki alive within the world. She like all Uzumaki were born with massive amounts of life force. Not only does this increases her natural life span but also grants Kira enhanced recovery time and more resiliency than normal shinobi. This is not to be confused with Durability(the ability to resist damage), Kira's life force is considered Enhanced Endurance which allows her to endure more physical and mental harm than average shinobi. For instance Kira can hold her breath for longer periods of time and remain calm through stressful situations, tolerate extreme hunger, unbearable thirst, and strong urges to sleep. After being trained by the Mizukage and the Hunter-nin, Kira life force expanded to her being able to tolerate large amounts of physical pain such as being crushed, stabbed, or burned with high heat, such beatings that no ordinary shinobi could handle. Kagura's Mind Eye: SKILL RANK: A SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: An ability Kira unlocked through training with the Nidaime Mizukage, Kagura's mind eye is one of the strongest sensory techniques within the shinobi world. It use during Kira's life I what earned her Code Name Shimmering Phantasm. Kira uses the ability by focusing and opening the mind's eye, Kira is able to find and track an individual's chakra over a vast distance that with her max range being 10 kilometres. This ability also gives her the capability to perceive fluctuations in a person's chakra made when a person is lying or if someone, including herself, is under a genjutsu. Also, by focusing on a particular chakra, she can perceive her target's movements and surrounding area with great detail. These sensory capabilities bless Kira with sensory abilities that even surpass dōjutsu with comparable powers. NINJUTSU: SKILL RANK: C SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: While not being one of her preferred styles, Kira's strongest shinobi art of Fuinjutsu is considered a twin-category to Ninjutsu. Because of this fact alone Kira has studied and trained within the realms of general ninjutsu. She is able to use water release and lightning release. Her skills are polished being able to use kiri's hidden mist jutsu to blanket and area or create a bolt of piercing lightning. However she is considered chunin rank within the style. It should be noted that Kira has traverse the entire shinobi world more than once and is fairly familiar with shinobi arts that are used outside of her own country, being able to recognize shinobi and jutsu from different countries, kekkei Genkai or different types of advanced nature transformations. This quirk at being “seasoned traveler” on is attributed to her years in Squishy’s coalition, not to even mention the Hunter-nin organization. Couple with the Kagura's Mind Eye ability, there is possibly nothing Kira wouldn't be able to learn about her enemy, save for personal or hiden techniques. TAIJUTSU: SKILL RANK: D SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Kira is skilled enough with Taijutsu that she can protect herself in close combat. While being one of her weakest forms of combat. Kira's natural strength is enough to make up for her lack in prowess. Like her ninjutsu, Kira is at least knowledgeable on different styles used by others. Because of this Kira is able to predict what type of attack to look forward to based on the information of the style used. This allows her to utilize her strength in the best possible way to defend as she can hardly utilize Taijutsu techniques. BUKIJUTSU: SKILL RANK: B SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Being Kira's second specialty, she has demonstrate a natural aptitude for the art of Bukijutsu. Her prowess is so great that her skills also include anything weapon-shaped or that can be used as a weapon such as pieces of metal shrapnel, random rods of iron. Even roof shingles or pieces of a wall could potentiality become a weapon in Kira's hands. With training from Squish, the Mizukage She is able to wield almost any weapon with incredible proficiency in speed, power, and skill, allowing her to perform feats such as stopping and deflecting projectiles, decimating large objects, cutting through solid material such as stone and steel, she could even hold back her strength to deal damage to their foes without killing them. That being said Kira is able to operate with little or no effort, deliver skillful strikes to weak points with great precision and cut only and exactly what she want. Her remarkably accurate weapon control allows her to bypass obstacles in order to cut her intended target. GENJUTSU: SKILL RANK: E SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Kira's weakest skill lies within Genjutsu, Kira has little to no talent when it comes to the illusionary arts. While her Uzumaki life force grants her the ability to endure Genjutsu longer than normal shinobi. Kira is hardly able to use Kai, let alone fight with genjutsu. This is because she was raised as an assassin, in her line of work you killed people, and Genjutsu can’t kill. FUUINJUSTU: SKILL RANK: B(Uzumaki +1(A)) SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Kira's skill in fuinjutsu is astounding, having become renowned for her skill in Fuinjutsu just as much as she have become infamous for life force. Being an Uzumaki Kira had an affinity for Fuinjutsu at a young age. Due to her extensive training within the Oinin Kira expanded her innate talent to an elite level. She is able to learn and understand highly complicated Fuinjutsu, while also being able to recognize and counter seals of the highest caliber. She has extended this prowess to curse seals as well, By applying a seal to the victim's body, Kira can inflict great mental or physical torment on her victims. Lastly, Kira is an accomplished Fuinjutsu user, her prowess allows her to draw words that carry the power of their meaning such as “conceal” to hide or “speed” to enhance allied forces speed. Admittedly, Kira had intended to increase her cutting/ breaking(for blunt force weapons) power but unintentionally found many different uses for her unimaginable strength. Now honed to elite shinobi standards and possibly higher. Kira's strength is mostly displayed is in her ability to seemingly cut or break through anything. Whether this is attributed to the use of her weapons has yet to be determined. However, with her cutting/breaking strength alone Kira can easily cut or smash through most objects such as flesh, bones and wood, with the use of her sword or a chakra flow jutsu her cutting/breaking power could extend to concrete, steel and even chakra constructs. As mentioned above, this strength also comes in handy with other situations as well, as Kira can defend against most her opponent's attacks. Hunter-nin Kira has spent years with the Oinin organization because of this she is highly efficient in all forms of training she received during her strenuous tenure. From the anatomy of the human body, to espionage, infiltration and reconnaissance and even torture. Her training endowed her with high resistance to common poisons, high tolerance to the elements, high tolerance to pain, and the mastering of stealth techniques such as the silent killing technique, which she acquired at a very young age. With her ability in these forms and the skill she’s gained Kira is even able to gain entrance into the most secure facilities, such as some of the major shinobi nations. It should be noted that she is a veteran when it comes to infiltration espionage tactics and assassinations. Unconventional Weapon Proficiency: Because of Kira's studies in Bukijutsu, she has unintentionally gained the ability to can use or create improvised weapons, allowing her to pick up common things such as brooms, spoons, chairs and instantly use them as an effective offensive or even defense. Kira can wield her bizarre weaponry with great skill. Being able to even use chakra flow to Strengthen the object in question. That being said Kira can also perform feats, such as bludgeoning her opponents with a book, slicing their flesh with a towel and even find effective, offensive uses for rock candy and other edible objects. Silent Sealing Technique Sairento Shiringu is a Sealing Style that Kira created during her Oinin years. This style of combat is basically using the Silent Killing Technique in conjunction with Kira's Fuinjutsu. The Silent Sealing is not a fuinjuts itself rather a way of silently using separate fuinjutsu for desired effects. Just like it's predecessor, this technique is simply a very quiet method of killing or with this version applying sealing jutsu on an opponent. Additionally, like its predecessor the user also moves silently, so the attack cannot be easily anticipated or easily defended against. However, strong enough sensing techniques would be able to find the lurking shinobi. The user will often place the seals on parts of the body to cause their targets mental distress before taking them out completely. Anyone who knows the Silent Killing technique could seemingly learn this style of sealing, However Kira is a master of this technique, and spent years perfecting it to the point of it being second nature to her. That being said no one would come close to her skill with this particular style, regardless of their Silent Killing prowess Otherworldly Chakra Control: Kira possesses an extremely precise and acute chakra control. By jounin standards, Kira's chakra control is completely terrifying, with her being able to precisely gather chakra from any part of her body and use any of her techniques to its maximum potential with no wasted chakra or timing. Kira expanded her chakra control to the point that she is able to rapidly accumulate large amounts of chakra within her body without her enemies noticing, unless they are highly skilled sensors. Even when fighting a lengthy battle, Kira can continue fighting effectively, although not as long as someone would with larger supplies. With her chakra control, Kira can effortlessly use most jutsu with only one hand seal or take on multiple assailants without wasting as much chakra as other shinobi would, allowing her to effectively fight to the bitter end. | ||||||||
