NAME: Ice Platform RANK: D TECH TYPE:-- Clan| Kekkei Genkai ELEMENT: 氷遁 | Hyōton [Ice Release] CHAKRA USAGE:-- very low DESCRIPTION: The user creates platforms of ice that can be used as steps, to levitate across dangerous areas or large caps. It requires a fairly constant flow of chakra to use, but it takes a minimal amount. The platforms appear beneath the users feet, and can go as high as the user wants, so long as they continue to pump chakra into it. NAME: Aisu Sappaiku (Ice Spike) RANK: D TECH TYPE:-- Clan| Kekkei Genkai ELEMENT: 氷遁 | Hyōton [Ice Release] CHAKRA USAGE:-- Very Low DESCRIPTION: -- The most basic version of the Ice Spike jutsu. At this level the user will slam their hands onto the ground causing twenty small spikes of ice to shoot up out of the ground. The spikes themselves will be around ten feet long and are as durable as a D ranked defensive jutsu. The spikes will shoot out of the ground in front of the user traveling up to 15 yards. NAME: Aisu Sappaiku (Ice Spike) RANK: C TECH TYPE:-- Clan| Kekkei Genkai ELEMENT: 氷遁 | Hyōton [Ice Release] CHAKRA USAGE:-- Low DESCRIPTION: --The intermediate version of the Ice Spike jutsu. At this level the user will slam their hands onto the ground causing fifty medium sized spikes of ice to shoot up out of the ground. The spikes can be up to ten feet long and are as durable as a C ranked defensive jutsu. The spikes will shoot out of the ground in front of the user traveling up to 15 yards. NAME: Aisu Sappaiku (Ice Spike) RANK: B TECH TYPE:-- Clan| Kekkei Genkai ELEMENT: 氷遁 | Hyōton [Ice Release] CHAKRA USAGE:-- Medium DESCRIPTION: -- The advanced version of the Ice Spike jutsu. At this level the user will slam their hands onto the ground causing 100 large sized spikes of ice to shoot up out of the ground. The spikes can be up to twenty feet long and are as durable as a B ranked defensive jutsu. The spikes will shoot out of the ground in front of the user traveling up to 20 yards. NAME: Ice Golem RANK: A TECH TYPE:-- Clan| Kekkei Genkai ELEMENT: 氷遁 | Hyōton [Ice Release] CHAKRA USAGE:-- high, constant flow DESCRIPTION: -- Using Hyoton, the user will create a massive golem of ice that surrounds them, protecting them form damage, and also allowing them to attack with the golem. By using a constant flow of chakra, the user can control the actions of the golem, using them to attack or defend. The golem stands four stories high, and is twenty feet wide. It is capable of using physical attacks, but also with the users chakra it can use hyoton based attacks. Because it is made of Hyoton chakra, a simple fire will not cause it to melt, only Katon chakra can melt it, but it must be at least as strong as an A Rank jutsu. NAME: Ice Blade RANK: C TECH TYPE:-- Clan| Kekkei Genkai ELEMENT: 氷遁 | Hyōton [Ice Release] CHAKRA USAGE:-- low DESCRIPTION: -- The user creates a blade of ice the encompasses their forearm to their hand of whatever length they would like. They can do it on one or both arms, doing it on both takes twice as much chakra. It does not require a constant flow of chakra, but it can be done to strengthen the blade, they can also do so to increase the length of blade. The blade can get a long as the user wants it to, so long as they can wield it. The long it gets the less practical it becomes. A recommended length is between six inches and four feet. NAME: Ice Senbon RANK: D TECH TYPE:-- Clan| Kekkei Genkai ELEMENT: 氷遁 | Hyōton [Ice Release] CHAKRA USAGE:-- very low DESCRIPTION: -- The user creates a senbon made of ice that can be used in place of an actual senbon. It is equally as effective as a regular senbon. The main difference being its practical usage as an assassination tool, in that it will eventually melt, leaving behind no trace of the user. One senbon can be created at a time, in each hand. NAME: Ice Senbon Storm RANK: B TECH TYPE:-- Clan| Kekkei Genkai ELEMENT: 氷遁 | Hyōton [Ice Release] CHAKRA USAGE:-- Medium DESCRIPTION: -- The user creates a large number of senbon that rain down from the sky, piercing through anything in their path in a 40 yard radius. NAME: Snowstorm RANK: B TECH TYPE:-- Clan| Kekkei Genkai ELEMENT: 氷遁 | Hyōton [Ice Release] CHAKRA USAGE:-- Medium DESCRIPTION: -- Using Hyoton, the user creates a snow storm that can stretch out roughly a kilometer. It requires a constant, medium, flow of chakra to maintain the snowstorm. The storm will lower the temperature of the general area and decrease visibility. It is most useful in cold and/or wet areas, being almost uselessin hot areas. NAME: Blizzard RANK: A TECH TYPE:-- Clan| Kekkei Genkai ELEMENT: 氷遁 | Hyōton [Ice Release] CHAKRA USAGE:-- High DESCRIPTION: -- An advanced version of Snowstorm, using an even greater amount of chakra, the user can create a massive snowstorm stretching upwards of five kilometers in any direction. It greatly decreases visibility, creating whiteout conditions. The temperature will dramatically decrease in the affected area and the winds speeds will reach near hurricane levels. NAME: Ice Dome Shield RANK: C TECH TYPE:-- Clan| Kekkei Genkai ELEMENT: 氷遁 | Hyōton [Ice Release] CHAKRA USAGE:-- Low DESCRIPTION: -- The user creates a dome of ice around themselves and up to five other people to shield them from attacks. The ice is about a foot thick, and reinforced with chakra. The some is capable of fending off most normal physical attacks, and jutsu up to C-rank. Naturally, a Katon based jutsu could very well melt through the dome, but due to its thickness, it would take a while. NAME: White Rose Bloom RANK: A TECH TYPE:-- Clan | Kekkei Genkai ELEMENT: 氷遁 | Hyōton [Ice Release] CHAKRA USAGE:-- High DESCRIPTION: -- The user create multiple white roses out of ice, they grow on vine of ice that spreads out in different directions. Up to 500 roses can be created in a 200 yard radius. If one of the roses is touched it will explode sending out hundreds of a glass-like shards of ice. The roses are indistinguishable from regular white roses. The roses will eventually melt, if they are in an area that is warm enough for them to. The user can also cause the roses to explode at will, all at once, or individually. NAME: Aisubunshin (Ice Clone) RANK: -- B TECH TYPE:-- Clan | Kekkei Genkai ELEMENT: 氷遁 | Hyōton [Ice Release] CHAKRA USAGE:-- Medium DESCRIPTION: -- The user creates a clone made of ice; similar to other elemental clones or shadow clones, the clones look just like the user. Te clone is capable of using Hyoton based attacks. NAME: -- Ice Slash RANK: -- D TECH TYPE:-- Clan | Kekkei Genkai ELEMENT: 氷遁 | Hyōton [Ice Release] CHAKRA USAGE:-- Low DESCRIPTION: -- Infusing her naginata with Hyoton chakra, Kaede will make a slashing motion that will send a crescent shaped blast of ice forward. The blast is eight feet across, and will travel thirty yards before dissipating. NAME: -- Aisukami Naginata (Ice God Naginata) RANK: -- B TECH TYPE:-- Clan | Kekkei Genkai ELEMENT: 氷遁 | Hyōton [Ice Release] CHAKRA USAGE:-- Medium DESCRIPTION: -- A jutsu to be used with the Ice Golem, Kaede will create a giant naginata from ice for it to wield. She uses her mastery of Naginatajutsu to properly wield it. The naginata stands four stories tall, the same height as the golem. NAME: -- Barking Arctic Wolves RANK: -- B TECH TYPE:-- Clan | Kekkei Genkai ELEMENT: 氷遁 | Hyōton [Ice Release] CHAKRA USAGE:-- High DESCRIPTION: -- The user creates twenty wolves made out of ice that attack an opponent by biting and clawing at them. The wolves are equal in durability to that of a B-rank defensive jutsu. NAME: -- Frozen Maiden RANK: -- C TECH TYPE:-- Clan | Kekkei Genkai ELEMENT: 氷遁 | Hyōton [Ice Release] CHAKRA USAGE:-- Low DESCRIPTION: -- The user creates two fifteen foot long, ten foot wide sheets of spiked ice that come up from the ground and slam into each other, impaling anything that gets caught in their way. NAME: -- Frozen Eyes RANK: -- A TECH TYPE:-- Clan | Kekkei Genkai ELEMENT: 氷遁 | Hyōton [Ice Release] CHAKRA USAGE:-- Very high DESCRIPTION: -- Using a constant flow of chakra, the user will create a replica of their eyes out of ice in any given location within a 5 kilometer radius. They will be able to see everything going on in their line of sight within a 10 kilometer radius, so long as they are floating, if not the visibility is reduced to 5km. The user must keep their eyes closed while using this. |
