Shine like a thunderbolt
Roar like Thunder
Hit like a Tsunami
Beat the storm
A battle was raging. Man vs Demon. A titanic monstrosity, against the man of lightning. A tailed beast against the Kiniroshi Shōgun. However, Michio in his squad WEREN'T THERE! They were genin so it was 'too dangerous'. What was likely to be one of the BIGGEST battles in kumogakure history, and Michio and his team weren't allowed to participate. Instead they were to deal with the rising animal violence since it's arrival.
Michio was less then excited about this. The only thing he found interesting about this mission was the sheer numbers. Growing up in Kumogakure, Michio was used to the super beasts that roamed the land. He could probably face a couple of them on his own and survive. However, team one wasn't dealing with a couple of animals. They were going into the heart of the problem. To put it simply, it was them against every fauna in the local ecosystem. While it would be something note worthy, it paled in comparison to dealing with the beast itself.
Michio and his team were running into an open rocky area, and if their families left often, his other teammates may had been here before on vacations. They, unlike Michio whom mostly stayed in Kumogakure, would notice that the once smooth rocky plateau was now rough and cracked, with uneven terrain. At the end of the rocky area sat a large river, which had sitting next to it five large lions. Being Kumogakure lions, they towered over full grown men, let alone the genin that were tasked with this mission. However, even for Kumogakure animals, something was off about them. Their fur was much longer than it should have been, and a few of them had increased muscle mass far beyond the norm.
Michio stopped as he stood fifteen meters from animals. They were drinking from the water, but at the same time eating fish, and in large amounts to. Each one was shoving at ten into its mouth at a time, and seemed to be eating rather greedily too. As they were closer, something felt even more so off, as if their very aura was wrong. It was as if they were infront of much larger beasts. Despite their sizes, it would feel as though the animals were three stories taller than their true size. However, this only excited Michio. This feeling of them being an even greater challenge than before meant that if he beat them it would be even MORE rewarding! While outwardly smiling, inside he was about to burst with joy over the prospect of beating these animals, and any more they ran into.
He looked towards his teammates, whether they be close to him, or far behind. He still had faith they could do this, regardless of the odds. Besides, if they did win, they'd be all the more famous! The more he thought about this, the more excited he was to actually continue with this mission. But of course, they had to decide which of the lions to attack first in order to continue. "Which do you guys want to attack first? I was thinking the right most one. I can get a good shot at its neck from here." MADE BY VEL OF GS

HIT ME WITH YOUR BEST SHOT Tennin Mitsu Like those cotton-headed older frumps were going to tell her what to do! If she wanted to fight that big thing that came from the ocean then she would! Rarely did the Tennin listen directly to what she was told, her submissiveness was near non-existent and authority held little meaning. It wasn’t that she didn’t recognize power, but more that she didn’t care what they said. If in the end they would disappoint her, she may as well go with her own desires to reach the same outcome. How does one tell a child with a mind of her own, no? With a distraction. Instead of saying she couldn’t join the battle, the team of genin were sent to take out beasts near the village. Beasts that were being affected by the power and chakra of that which ascended from the deep. They were to take care of the danger on this front to assist on the other. The distraction would be sufficient and luckily Mitsu hadn’t run off and ditched her teammates. Michio and Raiotome. The area they were in she knew well. The Tennin lived in the mountains, knew them well. And Mitsu... She had her sensory running wild. The chakra that surrounded them was like static to her ears, but she would know where everything was within 400 meters of her own self. Every creature. Every plant. Ever piece and speck of dirt upon the ground. The world around spoke to her with winds of color and melodies of nature. The ground was disheveled. The water ahead raged harder than normal and there were even cracks in the ground that had left small trickles of water leave its main body and run along the newly formed area. By this water, were lions. Fierce beasts normally, but now looking much more odd. And to Mitsu? They sounded strange. They weren’t normal in the least and their power was above what she had known of the beasts in the mountains. It caused the child to mentally shiver. Like when her mother had been overcome, things under the influence of this chakra were unpredictable and aggressive. Mitsu wasn’t so foolish as to get as close as Michio had. Fifteen meters? The beasts could cover that in a mere pounce. LOOK AT THEM. In fact. If she had her way, there was no way in hell she was letting Michio get that close. She’d attempt to stop the boy’s forward progress near double that distance away. Even if they were distracted and eating, there was nowhere for the children to hide in an open plateau. Rocky or not. Trying to hush her teammate’s voice, she was well aware of animal’s keen senses. Hearing on a cat was a mighty big one. If they hadn’t noticed them yet, they soon would. Attack one and we’ll be attacking them all. We’ll be kitty chow if we hesitate once we start. You go for yours. I’ll go for the outter left. Rai take another. If we each take one in the first moments, the two left versus us three will favor us.Mitsu attempted to establish connection with her two teammates. The words that would be heard would be heard mentally. And if they so desired to speak to one another, they would be able to channel their thoughts to their teammates. The initial connection would cost chakra, as well as keeping the connection. But... it was better than every animal in the area hearing them. Pulling kunai from her pouch, one in each hand, she’d prepare to take off towards her animal the moment Rai and Michio gave their okay. Or, quite possibly if they disagreed. Lions knew how to pack hunt. The more numbers they had the greater the genin chance of loss. NAME: Gurūpu ni (To the Group) RANK: C TECH TYPE: Clan | KG ELEMENT: n/a CHAKRA USAGE: Medium to establish connection | Low (continual) DESCRIPTION:
A build upon For All You People. This technique is only able to reach five people at one time. The thoughts are able to be shaken off by the shinobi if they so desire and completely ignored without hassle. But if they don't ignore the connection they can have their minds linked with up to four others including the original user and hear the thoughts that the group wants displayed to the others. This effectively can give five shinobi the ability to converse in their heads while remaining silent. It gives up the larger number of the technique above but grants the ability to converse with those connected to through chakra.

♔Rai was oblivious to her surroundings like normal she was rolling behind her team mates not really sure why she was rolling away from what looked like a fun fight but not wanting to admit that she did not pay attention to their mission briefing. So here she was following behind Mimi and Mitsy not saying a word but out of the three of them she was by far the happiest, after all ignorance is bliss.
When they got to the clearing she seen a pack of lions who were drinking and eating fish in a river. The lions were bigger and more fierce looking than usual and she assumed that it was their job to dispatch them, which was understandable as she had heard something about beast attacks when she was not paying attention to her mission briefing. Mimi was standing relatively close to the lions and Mitsy was standing a safer distance away Rai who couldn't stand still long enough to be cautious just flew off on her rollerblades toward the body of water.
By the time Mimi had spoken Rai had already jumped into the air and when Mitsy spoke in her mind her hand seals were already done. She let loose a Raiton: Sandāboruto aimed at both ends of the body of water. This would cause the Raiton to spread throughout the body of water shocking and paralyzing all five of the lions. "Makes sense to me Mitsy I will take the middle one since I am about to like fall on top of it". Rai pulled out a kunai as she was falling and used the momentum of her fall to penetrate the neck of the paralyzed lion. Because of the increased fur and muscle mass Rai would not have been able to penetrate as far as she did without the momentum of falling from the sky.
Rai attempted to pull the kunai out of the lions neck but was not strong enough so gave up and decided that the kunai was a lost cause, “I am sorry I sort of jumped the gun there but the paralysis won't last long we have to hurry”. Rai never checked to see if the lion she stabbed in the neck was truly dead instead she flipped away and planned to regroup with her teammates after their attacks to see what the plan was moving forward as she did not wish to jump the gun again.

Michio kept his eyes on the right most one, glad that his partner had chosen to paralyze them too. listening to his partner's voice, he used some of his chakra to keep up the communication. He remembered when his grandfather explained the Tennin Mind Link technique. It had sounded so useless. Constantly draining chakra between the shinobi to keep up the mental link. But as his father explained it, the more people kept up the link the less chakra it took to maintain it. Between two it would drain a low amount of chakra, but currently the low amount was split between the three of them. Although as genin this would eventually take a good amount of their chakra away, when they had all trained to even chuunin level this would barely put any dent in their chakra pools.
Michio's hands instantly went to work in his attack. With the animal's paralyzed, it'd be easier to hit the weakpoint that was the jugular. Sure these animals were huge, but that just made their weakpoints all the more bigger. Points a genin would only hit in his dreams were now easily damagable for them. Of course they were also stronger and faster in Kumogakure, but being Kumo-born they had a better chance than most shinobi. Ten shuriken of water, each equally as powerful as their real life variants, with a flick of his wrists, they were sent flying towards the neck of the right most lion. While most of them missed the actual artery he was looking for, the last three did manage to hit their mark, each hitting the same spot, but even deeper than the last one. Blood began spewing from the beast's neck, killing it, but making a rather big mess.
HECK YEAH! Michio spoke telepathically, forgetting his thoughts were now being projected. Now for its friend! He declared as he pulled out two explosion tagged kunai. He threw them both at the beast, aiming for the neck again...unfortunately it ended up hitting the eye of the beast and then exploding, which of course piss the beast off to no end. ...oops.
If that wasn't enough, the one Raitome had attacked was DYING, but the kunai still being in there was clogging the intense bleeding. A thick line of red starting at the puncture wound spread far down the beast's body, going past its knees. It would die soon, but now that the paralysis was starting to war off, it would try its best to damage the small humans before it did. Michio began retreating as fast as he could, grouping back up with the others. Soooooooo....what now? MADE BY VEL OF GS

HIT ME WITH YOUR BEST SHOT Tennin Mitsu Lions paralyzed, the forward attack would be easy enough. A grin upon her face, Mitsu would rush in along with her teammates. As foolish as Rai might have been to rush in alone without saying anything to them, she accomplished a good move. Take away the cats’ movement. Paralyzed, they couldn’t do much. Rai went for the middle. Stabbing at a lion to try and take it out. Mitsu went for the left. Taking a similar approach to Raitome. Shoving a kunai into the lion. Then another. The jugular. The lifeblood. It would be easiest to bring them down if they could accomplish this. Dead, at least. Immobilizing them would be easy enough. And cutting out the tongue was certainly an option... but that required getting in its mouth. With a giggle, she’d spin and kick the edges of both kunai in the animal’s neck. Slamming them through and out of the tough hide and fur rather than pulling. Plus it was a tad more fun~ Then with a flip back and then a sprint to regroup with her teammates Michio had taken out his. Then went for another. It left a pissed off one bleeding without an eye. One free to move. One bleeding from the neck from Rai. Michio would ask what next. Which would grant him a sideways glance from Mitsu and an outright laugh. “Don’t get hit!” And with that she’d ready senbon in her hands and take off back for the lions. That is, unless Rai mentioned something. It had already been proven how well she could control her raiton. If she decided to hit them with another paralysis or just a random beam, that could be cool too. She was going to try to take out the rest of the one’s vision, and kick out the kunai from the one Rai injured! << The clan speaking to one another is only known outside of their clan as a myth. The clan stays secluded and only came to help battle the bijuu. Unskilled fighters, yet rumors of hearing voices in their heads on the battlefield. He shouldn’t really know much about the voices. Especially that it takes chakra and isn’t natural or anything. Idk if Michio could even help by giving his chakra, would he be able to help strengthen an Hyoton technique? It’s not in his blood.
