Kempachi stood by the gates of the Village His giant sword wrapped in a cloth to hide the giant blade. Waiting for his Genin Kempachi held the scroll in his hand that explained there mission. Not that much further was an older man who sat on the edge of a wagon with two horses ready to pull it. The man was the village elder who had come to the village to ask for assistance in protecting his grand daughter before her marriage.
Kempachi had been briefed on the mission and was now waiting on his genin. Biting his finger nails out of boredom he was interrupted by the old man. "How long have you been doing this type of work?" Kempachi turned his blind gaze to old man. "Hm? Oh I've been doing this for a couple of years." Kempachi smiled at the man who returned the smile nodding. "That's good. Who are we waiting for?" The blind shinobi's smile widened as he thought about his genin.
"Just my Youthful students that will also be protecting your daughter. Before you ask yes they are strong I can vouche for that myself after all I'm the one training them." The man nodded his head impressed. "How long have you been training them?" Kempachi smiled widely and held up one finger. "One week" Kempachi smiled widely as the old man began to wish there was another choice in teams. Kempachi moved over to the wagon as the smell of elderberries washed over him. The berries made him wrinkle his nose up as he wasn't too fond of their smell. "Your berries might have gone bad." The old man shook his head. "No. They just need to be put away somewhere cold." Kempachi raised an eyebrow. "Ok..." Kempachi moved away from the man and waited for his genin.

Iro was told about the mission after the initial training so he would have time to collect himself. Truth was, since the training incident Irowata has been less angry and more sociable. A side effect of him having used some of his natural energy he had pent up.Right now he was a smiling happy kid who was eager to go on a mission and prove himself. He seemed to have shed some of the doubt and anxiety that summed to pester him whe the first training started. this was all still new to Irowata so he wouldn't notice of course, it was up to a trained observer to connect the dots and help him. He was even prepared for this mission by having a prepared drawing meant to accompany the girl so Iro could track her, he called it "Inu in Kuro". He spent he night making it, it would only come to her ankle but Iro was impressed with how cute he made the puppy. Iro seemed to be the first to arrive since he only saw his sensei and an old man with his berry cart. Iro thought the berries smelled nice as he strolled over with a wave to the two older men. Hey Sensei and you must be the Father? Irowata said as he moved towards the men and gave them each a bow of respect as he approached. He was wearing his normal clothes, green shirt and short combo covering a white tank top. On his hips he has scrolls and inkwells with pens in them. He was as prepared for a mission as he was ever going to be. Iro wasn't good at anything but drawing his pictures. He knew the reason for him being a genin wasn't based on anything to do with skills that he could rely on. He was genin because when he lost control he was capable of atrocities. He knew where his worth lied to the village, it was up to him to surpass their expectations.

Saizo made his way to the village gates, he had already prepared his equipment the day before and had double checked it before he left the orphanage. Today he would begin his first ever mission with his Sensei and two teammates. While Saizo had only met them a week ago, he didn't have any ill feelings towards any of the others, including sensei. However, he honestly felt as if his team's cooperation could be a little better, and he wasn't speaking about in combat situations. Generally, both Iro and Kanbei were very reserved as opposed to Saizo, who was outspoken and dreamed big. While Saizo respected the two for being themselves, he usually felt bored around them, as they hardly talked. So Saizo hoped that this mission would bring the four of them closer or at least have his two teammates open up more.
Making his way past a Dango shop, Saizo would stop and order something for the entire team, knowing the small detour would make him late. He wasn't sure what the others liked so he made sure to get sweet and savoury dango, that way there wouldn't be anyone unsatisfied. After about 30 minutes waiting and line and then an extra 5 minutes waiting for his food to be fixed, Saizo would be off again, heading towards the village gates. Once he got there, he could see Irowata was the first to get there, besides their sensei that is. Even from the distance Saizo could see Iro was different that when they first met, his chakra signature was more lively aswell. " Sensei? Is someone disguised as Wata-san?" Saizo said walking up to his the two konoha shinobi and the client. He wasn't sure but he knew the Irowata that was standing here couldn't be the same guy he had met before. Even with his doubts, he would offer all of them some Dango, " Can i see your daughter?" Saizo said suddenly, it hadn't doned on Saizo that what he had asked could put the mission in jeperody, that wasn't his way of thinking, and it usually got him in trouble.

Kempachi turned to his genin who had arrived. Iro took Kempachi a moment to realize it was him. He'd changed since their last training he moved like he was lighter. Kempachi couldn't hide the smile that formed across his face. He respected the young genins abilities getting his first real look at them just the other day. The old man spoke before Kempachi could. "Yes I am the grandfather of the bride." He nodded slowly.
"We're assigned to protect the bride for a couple of days." Kempachi said walking around the cart to the young genin as he began to pick up the smell of Dango hit him over the Elder berries. Saizo had brought danzo. The little- "He still smells like Iro. Two different types of crazy." Kempachi said placing his hand on Iros head and giving it a playful rub messing up his hair.
As Saizo asked to see the Elders daughter Kempachi kept his face pointed at Saizo. Kempachi began to wonder what he was up to as the old man Reached into the cart and produced a picture. It had a sweet young girl with long blonde hair smiling sitting on a large chair. "This is Yukiko." The old man held it out for them to see for a bit before tucking it back into his pack. "Now who are these young warriors here to protect us?"
Kempachi smiled and walked beside his genin. "These are the young genin chosen to train underneath me." He pointed at each of his genin as he introduced them. "This one here is called Iro. I call him Two face. The next one is Saizo. I call him copy eyes. The next is Kanbei. I call him Monotone." He finished and lowered his arm. "And I am Kempachi Buriando. The Blind Fist."
The old man eyes widened as he stared in shock. "Y-You're THE Blind Fist?" Kempachis smile widened even more as he was recognized by his nickname. He'd gained quite a reputation. "The one and only." The old man gripped the cart tightly. "Oh Kami there goes the village." Kempachis smile quickly faded at the mans words. "Huh?"
"No offense but your deeds are great but....You tend to leave a lot of destruction where you help." The old man confessed as Kempachi stood silent for quite a while before walking over to the horses attached to the cart and guided them to start walking and pulling the cart. "We're just gonna start leaving now." Kempachi said putting his pack in the cart before walking besides the cart. "It's a half days journey to my village you know."
