Welcome
Who's ready for a rebellion?
Welcome to NRB ~ An AU Naruto Role Play created by life long friends and inspired by many different RPs that we've created or Rp'd on. NRB is about creating your own shinobi or Kunoichi within the early years of the Shinobi Village system. The fun of the site is to not only go on awesome adventures as the likes of Naruto or even Kakashi but to also get your character recognition and raise their Rank and Legendary status by gaining experience and achieving legendary feats.

AND ONE DAY YOUR NAME DIDN’T MAKE ME SMILE ANYMORE WHEN I FINALLY SAW THE REAL YOU It was honestly a pretty crappy day outside. While Konoha had a variety of weather effects, they were rarely sever. Yet right now, there was a thunderstorm outside, the likes which Konoha had never seen. The thunder crashed as lightning lit up the entire sky every other minute. The rain was pouring so hard alot of houses were having leaks, the you could hear the rain on the floor of a five story building. The winds were blowing so strong several trees had been knocked over, but thankfully no houses had been damaged yet. Inside several of the Hatake houses, pots, pans, cups and anything else with an open top that could hold liquid was being used to keep the leaks from flooding the house and damaging the wood work. Kajō Hatake, a child of the clan, had just shoved his shoved his coat under the front door to keep the water from coming in. Kajō walked back up a set of stairs to his room.
The room was made of wood like the rest of the house, and was box like in shape. The first thing the eye looked towards was a large bed that sat in the center of the left wall. It was pure white, and plain, with no decorations or special design. To its right was a desk with a lamp, an labelless green book on top. The texture of the book was smooth by bumpy, like looking at heavily cracked canyon earth from above. To the left was a large desk covered in papers covering varying subjects. Kajō sat down on his bed, pulling out an item from his shit. He had been left in his room with only a scroll to occupy his time. He had been given the scroll and a simple bet. If Kajō could learn every D-rank taijutsu in the scroll before the storm broke apart, a chuunin would not only pay him but offer to help him with any jutsu.
So Kajō was staring at the scroll, looking at the first jutsu in the entire style. The jutsu was Kaimetsu Tsun, the crippling poke. Despite knowing the second jutsu in the style he had never learned the first. It was a simple one, but effective. By expending one finger and moving white chakra to it, they can knock most taijutsu attacks away, as well as cause damage to joints. It was simple in theory, but Kajō had a feeling doing so would be harder to do than actually preforming the technique.

AND ONE DAY YOUR NAME DIDN’T MAKE ME SMILE ANYMORE WHEN I FINALLY SAW THE REAL YOU Kajō knew what to do first. Him and his old man had made him go through it every training session. He closed his eyes, breathing slowly. He could feel chakra moving through his body, flowing through specific path ways. He entered the stance of his fighting style: one hand held open palm, back of the hand facing the 'opponent', legs standing straight together, and one hand behind the his back. Kajō then closed his hand into a fist, with the index finger folded by extended. He then moved white chakra to his gloves, then back into his hand.
Kajō opened his eyes, canceling the jutsu. While this costed him chakra, it got him used to moving the chakra in that way. He would repeat this exact movement, both physical and chakra wise, over and over. Each time the speed at which he could preform these movements became easier and easier. As soon as it was down to reflex, Kajō began performing the entire jutsu. Yet again he repeated the movements of the taijutsu over and over. In half an hour, the entire technique was down to pure muscle memory, able to be done with only the thought of 'use crippling poke'.
Kajō then took his thumb up to his mouth, biting down as a slight amount of blood drained from his hand. When it came to taijutsu, you NEEDED a partner to preform it well in combat. It was one thing to hit an imaginary enemy, or a dumby, it was another to hit a moving opponent. As he slammed his hand down, smoke filled the area around him. No more than one second afterwards, the smoke faded away, revealing a female wolf with a lean build. She had a mix of light grey and white fur, with light grey making up most of her body. Her eyes were a pitch black. "Good evening Kajō." The wolf spoke, her voice calm. "I see its raining in Konoha again."
"Yeah." Kajō began as he rubbed the back of his neck. "Kinda sucks. So how's your guy's home?" He asked as he sat down on the edge of his bed. He preferred to talk while he could before they did the actual training. He looked the white wolf, their gazes locked onto each other politely.
"Calm and cooling as usual." The white wolf answered. She looked around before doing what she normally did. "What is it that you summoned me for." Kajō let out a sigh as he lowered his head. He had heard Shironi was a down to business woman but he figured she'd at least chat for a bit. But he guess he get to get down to it now. "Do you need help with taijutsu?" She asked, Kajō seeming surprised.
"Yeah. How'd you know that?" He asked curiously. This was his first time summoning her, and the two had never spoken before. Come to think of it, there was another question on his mind. "Also how do you know my name?" The wolf looked towards the window before explaining.
"I heard your name from Hayate. As far as how I knew you needed taijutsu training... It's pouring outside, so the chances of it having anything to do with anything out there is low. Then there is the fact that when you train ninjutsu you summon Hayate. That combined with my skill in taijutsu points to you needing training with a jutsu." She said as her head tracked to his bed. "And now that I am looking at it, the scroll would make it seem you are studying something."
Kajō nodded at what she said. Will all the stuff going on it did make sense for her to come to that conclusion. He sighed, rubbing the back of his neck again before looking her in the eye. "So whaddya say you up to it?"

AND ONE DAY YOUR NAME DIDN’T MAKE ME SMILE ANYMORE WHEN I FINALLY SAW THE REAL YOU Shironi nodded in response to his question. "I will help you. Any jutsu you are studying shouldn't be strong enough to hurt me majorly." She said, Kajō nodding in agreement. "And even if you found something that powerful, I would return to the pack and be healed."
Kajō stood up, assuming the Bet Style Stance. One hand held open palm, back of the hand facing the opponent, legs standing straight together, and one hand behind the user's back. Shironi knew this stance, she had seen other summoners use it. "Just attack." He said plainly.
Shinoni followed command, instantly jumping at Kajō. Kajō went to use the jutsu, but unfortunately, wasn't very fast enough. Her bottom legs hit his torso, sending Kajō straight into a wall. "Honey what was that!?" A female voice came from downstairs. It was Kajō's mother, whom was dealing with the extreme leakage downs stairs.
"Nothing mother, just training!" Kajō responded loudly, to which a 'k' came from down stairs. Shironi titled her head. She was always surprised and confused by Kajō and his mother. It was obviously back personality form. laid back personality form. She would always talk in abbreviations, and not worry much, as well as use nicknames, which was strange for such an experience shinobi. Kajō was the same way with everyone else, yet with his mom he was very respectful. Always using the term mother, keeping eye contact, even keeping up proper posture.
As Shironi was in thought, Kajō got back up slowly, before resuming his stance. "Let's try this again. This time maybe a simpler attack, till I am used to fighting a moving target?" He suggested, not wanting to rush this, partially because that was a crappy way to train, and partially out of laziness. Shironi nodded, getting ready to attack again.
