Kempachi stood at the training grounds. Memories of his first day of being a Genin still fresh in his memory. The beating he got afterwords was the worst pain he'd ever gone through at the time but it had made him stronger. His arms crossed of his chest the Blind Shinobi waited for his Genin to arrive. It still sounded weird to him. He had a team of Genin to look after and teach to become effective Shinobi.
Turning to face the entrance he'd told the Genin to show up with a full stomach and their ninja tools. He'd designed the perfect test to introduce the young genin to the world of the Shinobi. He was nervous of course but he wasn't going to show it. Kempachi was more excited than nervous he even got up extra early got an extra work out in before the sun came up. He was warmed up and ready to rock.
Letting the excitement get to him Kempachi stabbed his giant sword into the ground and began doing push ups besides it. His weights on his arms, legs, and chest helped him get the most out of his workouts. Training he'd picked up from his sensei he got his own sets of leg weights before taking it further and added his arm weights and then a weighted training vest. He'd even customized them with his own writing. Unfortunately Kempachi was blind and what he thought said 'Youth' actually spelt out 'yoff'.
Hearing footsteps Kempachi quickly stood back up and placed his arm on his sword and leaned on it waiting for his Genin to arrive. His mothers words before he left the house came back to him. "They're kids please don't hurt them." He wasn't going to hurt them....That much

Today was the day Saizo were to meet his Sensei as an Official team of the hidden dark village. Saizo had received a missive early that morning stating for him to get eat a full meal and come fully equipped. Saizo followed the instructions to the letter, not because he wanted to follow the rules or impress his sensei but because the man was thoughtful enough to order them to eat. After having filled his stomach and gathering his ninja tools Saizo would jump out his window, taking to the roof tops. Saizo silver hair danced as he moved closer to the training grounds. A few things were going through his head at this very moment. He only knew that his two teammates were from the Kuroda and Akuma clans. Thinking back to his Academy days, there were only of few of these clan members in his generation. Only two of them ever stuck out, the Kuroda was named Kanbei and the Akuma Irowata. Saizo half heartedly hoped that it was these two, despite not being especially close witj them in the Academy they were in his class and weren’t total strangers. The genin would soon reach his destination, the view of a Jounin who had started exercising. Dropping from the roofs, Saizo would slowly start to walk up on the man. However, before Saizo could even get within range to speak without screaming. The man would notice him walking up without even having to lool back. This… is the skill of a jounin huh, Saizo thought to himself as he walked upon the man. “ Kempachi-sensei? I'm Ichiwara Saizo.” Saizo said with a large grin. Even with his eyes narrowed to slits, Saizo's Rinnegan could see the vast chakra the man held. While, it probably wasn’t the strongest or largest in the world. It was indeed the largest and strongest Saizo had ever witnessed. He took a second to take in the man’s appearance after that, taking note of the bandana across his eyes, Saizo didn’t think much of it. Passing off the bandana as apart of the man’s training regime. “ Sugoii!!!!.... Sensei your chakra is amazing” Saizo said as the man’s sheer presence was enough to send chills down his spin, let alone the furious chakra the man’s body was containing. If anyone could help Saizo get stronger, it would be this guy. Sugoi means “Amazing or Great”. I'm not sure if you watch one piece or not but its used a lot in the series when someone had seen something cool, usually being a special power. In this case, Kempachi Sensei’s chakra

Kempachi couldn't help but smile as Ichiwara called him Sensei. It still felt weird to the Jounin. He'd been told about Ichiwara and his Rinnegan. The sound of it was terrifying but he was impressed with the Genin seeing his chakra. Behind his bandanna his eyes rose in amazement. Ichiwara had already seen his chakra. Kempachi wondered what his chakra looked like. He wondered what chakra even looked like.
"Welcome Ichiwara. Thank you. I've worked hard to reach this level of power." Kempachi couldn't help but brag as he talked about his strength. "I've pushed my body and my spirit to the limits for this and I'm going to pass this power on to your youthful faces." Kempachi let out a chuckle as he crossed his arms smiling.
"Well since you arrived first I'm gonna give you a quick run down of what's going to happen today." Kempachi raised his hand and held up one finger. "We're going to go through a quick rundown of how our trainings are going to go." He held up a second finger. "Next we're all going to share what drives us." He held up a third finger and his cheerful charismatic voice suddenly got dark but his smile remained. "Then we're going to play a game."
Kempachi let out a soft chuckle before his voice returned to normal. Lowering his hand he placed it on the giant sword stuck in the ground. "Now while we wait got any questions?" Kempachi knew what he was going to do to test the Genin. He'd give them a task and see if they could complete it. It shouldn't be that hard to retrieve his headband from his head. Simple right?

Saizo listened carefully at his Sensei's brief explanation of how he had achieved such prowess. To anyone of his rank it would seen slightly boastful. This wasn’t the case with Saizo, however, the small glimpse of his Sensei's life was enough to get his blood boiling. The man would then go into instructions on their daily plan, the Kempachi had their entire day planned out. Saizo was excited about the sharing what drove him to become a shinobi, but his Sensei's tone change when he said they would play a game.
Instantly Saizo's mood change. He had become nervous, while the man had said game. Saizo had a feeling it would be much more strenuous than the jounin had made it seem. “ A game Sensei? Hmmm I'm pretty sure I'll win. I am the best genin Oni has to offer” Saizo said his smile returning. He could only wonder where his teammates were, hell he wanted them to hurry and get there. The fact that they had a Sensei was burning a hole into Saizo's puny soul. He knew Kempachi would be the one to advance his abilities and he hoped the others would arrive soon.
Seeing how they were taking their sweet little time Saizo decided to make the best of the situation and learn more about the man before him. “Kempachi-sensei… why haven’t you taken off your blind fold. Is it something freaky?” Saizo said figuring the man just forgot to remove it. After a few moments, not even an entire minute. Saizo would appear next to Kempachi trying snatch the bandana from his face.

[attr="class","BOXU"] Not To Be Seen Nor Heard "Its because the powers that be decided to stick us with a blind man" Bei spoke in a monotone that betrayed no emotion. Although most would consider his statement rude or disrespectful he did not intend it as such and was merely stating a fact how he framed it in his mind. In truth it mattered very little to him if his sensei could see or not the only thing that mattered if he could facilitate his and strength. He had eaten a big breakfast as well though not because he was told to but because it was the smart thing to do before training. He however did not show up as he was supposed to. Instead he had taken control of the body of a bird and entered behind his sensei at around the same time the white haired boy did. As he perched on a nearby branch as the bird he made his way from its body and sat atop the branch in a bored manner before answering the question that Ichiwara had asked.
Bei lifted one finger in the air lazily almost as if mocking his sensei (though again he did not intend to his general personality made it seem as if he was) "where our training is concerned I cannot speak for the others but I have fought in the wars and my mother has trained me by putting my life on the line and I expect nothing less from you". He put his second finger in the air as lazily as the first "I am shinobi a tool to be used at others discretion if you ask what drives me then it will change based on the ideals of those who wield me, as of this moment it is you so asking what drives me is like asking what drives you". He put up his third finger which somehow seemed more lazy then the other two "by the change in your tone I am assuming this game means more than just playing around so I will reserve judgement until after we have played this game". Bei jumped down from the tree and walked over to the intended entry place before lowering his turtleneck off his face and shrugging saying in the same almost bored monotone "Kabei Kuroda" which was all they would get as a means of introduction. As Saizo would lunge for Kempachis bandanna his hand would pass right through his senseis head. Leaving an afterimage as he moved quickly behind Saizo his arm raised to give a chop when his other Genin showed up. Revealing Kempachis blindness the Jounin would smile and lower his arm back to his side. "That's the reason. I'm blind have been ever since I was born."
Listening to Kabei copy the speech he'd given Saizo just a few moments ago but instead listing what he already knew. Kempachi was impressed by the kids abilities. Turning his body to face both the genin the Jounin listened to the way they'd carried themselves and what their equipment sounded like as they moved. "Alright Kabei since you're here we've only got one genin left to go."
"There's going to be intense training. I pushed my body to the limits and I can hold my own against the strongest like the Kage.[/b]" Kempachi didn't know about the other Kage's but he could hold his own against this towns kage but not for long. Grabbing the hilt his sword he lifted the giant blade of the ground with ease and replaced it onto his back. "Now I get to pass on my knowledge onto your youthful minds. I possess no jutsu's but I am one of the few and only to unlock my hidden potential. The Eight Inner Gates." Still relatively new He hadn't heard of any others being able to access the gates. The only thing he knew was that he was the only one in the village that could use it. He wasn't even sure if the genin knew what it was.

Irowata had been informed on what to do. HE was left a little picture with images of his team , the time, the location and to come prepared. It wasn't that Irowata couldn't understand people or that he was any kind of stupid. It was just a cautionary measure that was taken with new Akuma members. With a smile he tucked the picture into his clothes and gathered his ink and scrolls. He didn't like weapons or things like that, other people could have them. He just wanted to have his pictures and be left alone. Alone being relative since he was forced into the academy and just happened to be allowed to become a genin. Still, he didn't want to make waves or hold others back so he made sure he was going to the spot.
When irowata strolled up he realized he was the last to show up, which made him feel a bit awkward. He didn't like that others waited for him to show up but he also didn't want to to think he cared. It was an anxious situation as he walked up, his posture curled into himself, looking down at the ground.,I-I'm Irowata. He stuttered out, introducing himself quietly. Looking up only to make brief eye contact with the entire group. He didn't know what else to so so he just waited, awkwardly to see what would happen. Slitching his scrolls and ink passively, Irowata couldn't begin to know what to expect.

It was no question about the gap in their power, this was the speed of a Jounin, no Saizo didn’t actually think all jounin moved like him. This guy hadn’t even used a jutsu… his Rinnegan didn’t see a chakra spike. Natural speed? Saizo thought to himself as his Sensei hand came down on the back of his neck. The force of the chop was enough to send the boy crashing into the ground. It was just Saizo's luck as one of his teammates had shown up in time to see Saizo take the chop to the head. Crawling around on the ground like a bug with one of It’s legs cut off, Saizo would use the new comers little “I'm an asshole like me”(well this is what he heard) speech to allow his pain to subside.
Believe it or not in his moment of incapacitation Saizo had heard everything the boy said and as soon as he finished, ending with his name Saizo would jump up from the ground and walk over to Kanbei, his squinty eyes looked him up and down, before a big toothy grin revealed itself. “You’re chakra is weird… its… its like pieces some sparkly some dull. You’re bei-chan” he said turning back to his Sensei. Saizo figured since Kanbei had taken the initiative to do his team introduction first, Saizo would be next however before he could even begin their final teammate would enter the field. Saizo could clearly see the new guys chakra, it wasn’t as complicated as Kanbei's, Irowata's chakra gentle yet seemed as if the gentleness was fragile. Saizo reveled in the sights of such entirely different chakras.
“Glad you could make it Wata-san” Saizo said as he looked back at his sensei and then to the boy’s. “ Alright since we’re all here, I'll introduce myself. I'm Ichiwara Saizo… I was taught the basics of shinobi training since before the academy by my grandpa. Right now I'm paying him back for destroying our home. What was that one question….. Ohh yeah what drives me... I want to become strong so I could do whatever I like. And right now I want to see your eyes” Saizo said standing next to the other two genin, smiling and rubbing the spot where kempachi had hit him.

Kempachi heard Irowata approach. He was warmed about this one in specific detail not to make the boy angry. But that just made Kempachi want to see what his Genin could do. Irowatas items were different that the others. Quills and ink. He was curious about it. He was curious about all his genins abilities. After Irowatas quick introduction Ichiwara had announced what drives him.
"Whether you get to see my eyes is up to you. Now everyday before our training we'll start with a routine of warm up work outs before starting our training for the day. We train from sunset to sundown with breaks for snacks and lunch. But for today we're skipping the stretching and moving straight through to today's activities."
Raising an arm he'd point to his bandanna. "All you've gotta do is take this off my head. It's easy all you gotta do is tug on this strap and it'll easily fall off." Kempachi grabbed the bottom strap on his bandanna to show the Genin. "The other will just tighten it a little bit more."
"This training will go on until one of you can successfully remove my bandanna. We'll go all night if we have to." Getting into his fighting stance Kempachi readied himself. "Teamwork is the only way you're going to get close enough." He taunted them his blood was burning excited to see what these young shinobi could do.

[attr="class","BOXU"] Do Not Be Seen Nor Heard Bei did not know how to fight for sport he fought to kill or to prevent himself from being killed, he figured his Jounin teacher would be able to handle being attacked with his fill ability so he gave no second thought to his plan. He pulled out his two Tanto ready to kill his sensei he was a shinobi and one who specialized in the assassin arts he would need a distraction. He did not know his teammates ability and did not know how to best use them as a distraction in order to complete his goal.
He decided to just fight and attempt to kill the sensei on his own to better asses his Jounin's skill in relation to his own as well as a way to see the skill set of the other genin. It was a rare form of assassination technique where the assassin used a brute force attack with little to no strategy which was a good way to catch them off guard with ones true ability. Kanbei was average at best when it came to fighting with his Tanto and that was for someone at genin level but his knowledge of how to kill was intense and he was hoping that it would catch his sensei off guard enough to actually press him.
Bei dashed forward before skidding to a halt a few inches away from what he believed to be his sensei's attacking range. Skidding to a halt the way he did served two purposed the first was to kick up dust which was sort of a smokescreen (something Kanbei did out of habit realizing after he did so that his opponent was blind and such tactics were not needed), the second reason was to change direction quickly which allowed Bei to swipe at his Sensei's throat. He decided he would kill the man and see his eyes after. After Saizo had introduced himself his Sensei would start their training. Saizo was excited to hear their daily routine. For as long as he could remember, Saizo lived life by his own rule. Which was to set seemingly impossible feats to overcome and if he'd fail, he set yet a different impossible task of an entirely different sort. When the man explained their objective Saizo couldn’t have been more excited. He had already planned to take the bandana, although it was too see the man's eyes. “ Hey… I had called first dibs…” Sazo said in defiance, however his childish display would be cut short by Kanbei. Saizo watched as Bei-chan reached for his Tanto before rushing to attack their Sensei. The kuroda ninja moved as if he were on a battlefield, it was amazing. It made Saizo recall the boy saying he fought and killed before. If this is the power killing granted, Saizo couldn’t wait for his first kill. However, the silver haired boy had other plans for this little game. He already laid claim to that bandana, he had been stopped once already by Kempachi, he surely wasn’t going to allow Bei-chan to do it aagain A jounin was one thing, but another genin was on another. Watching the his teammates movements, Saizo would focus futon chakra into his lungs waiting for the right moment, he would release the chakra as a stream of wind at the moment Kanbei would stop. The stream is powerful enough to stagger an opponent’s movements, Saizo figured it’d be enough to slightly push the boy off his direction. The stream of wind would also clear the area of the dust created by Kanbei's halt. Luckily for Saizo this allowed him to use his Rinnegan without it being hindered by the dust cloud. Using the precious moments he gained from using the futon jutsu, Saizo would rush the two shinobi, once he was only a few feet between them Saizo would then open his eyes activating the Rinnegan's power to create chakra receivers. Saizo would quickly fashion blades from both palms, before throwing them at both Kanbei and his Sensei. Usually a feat like this would take a great deal of effort, however Saizo's prowess with his hands granted him enough dexterity to combat multiple opponents in hand to hand combat wether it be with his fist or weapons. Saizo’s plan was to first put some distance between Kanbei and Kempachi-sensei long enough for him to come up with a plan, but also to liter the field with chakra receivers. Slight of Hand
Saizo was blessed with agile and nimble hands and while this was a trait that he was born with he also trained this ability to a shinobi's level. This aspect of his being allows anything he does with his hands to be quick and steady including but not limited to hand signs, throwing punches, as well as grabbing preparing and throwing projectiles. Because of this inherent swiftness in his hands he is able to weave hand seals so quickly that even those without augmented eyesight would have trouble noticing if he used hand seals for his jutsu or not. This also helps tremendously while combating multiple opponents in hand to hand combat as he can use his nimble hands to spring attacks, whether it be punches or projectiles, on multiple enemies without them noticing who exactly he is targeting.
NAME: Fūton: Hoissuru [Wind Release: Whistle] RANK: D CHAKRA USAGE: Low ELEMENT: Fūton DESCRIPTION: A basic Fūton tech that a nin can use to blow a powerful stream of wind from their mouth. The technique is mostly used to change directions while mid-air. In this case, the strength of the stream is powerful enough to move the source body at high speeds. On the ground, it can be used to blow up a cloud of dust or it can also be used offensively to stagger an opponent's movement.

Irowata wasn't sure about his first impression but he didn't have tiem to worry about that before his jounin made with the assignment. The team was supposed to move and see if they could pull on a specific strap of the jounin's bandanna. Irowata wasn't nearly the type of person to out and out assault someone, let alone do it with others. He just wanted to go and draw. However he was soon to realize the team he was on was the exact opposite of him. iro was so unsure and so afraid of everythign he did that he could never just act on impulse. It's why the ink jutsu suited him so well. It took thought to use well and skill to use at all.
Then he watched them each work. Kanbei was a sight to behold. An absolute deadly force, Iro had no idea if he could ever move the way he did. The way he kept so much in his mind as he moved and the way he used his surrounding to his advantage. Irowata knew he wouldn't be able to do anything like that. Then to watch Saizo use impromptu teamwork and jutsu's to accentuate what Kanbei did. The kind of quick thinking with no hesitation and action that followed his thoughts, The kind of thinking Irowata knew he could never do. Watching them work was too much for Irowata and he seemed to recoil into himself, unsure and hesitant in every respect.

Kempachi knew Kanbei would strike first. What he didn't expect was Saizo suddenly backing him up. The wind caught the Jounin off guard as he was suddenly attacked by a swipe at his neck and another object being created by Saizo. Is that a power of the Rinnegan? Kempachi didn't have time to think about it as he quickly moved out of dangers way. Leaving behind an afterimage Kempachi would leap backwards.
"Nice I didn't you both to work together so soon like that. However..." Removing his arm weights Kempachi would hold them at his sides. "You should be punished for failing to do the one thing I told you to do." Throwing the weights away Kempachi would remove his leg weights throwing them just as his arm weights hit the ground shattering the dirt.
His potential released Kempachi grabbed his giant sword off his back and spun it around himself a few times. The force of his swings causing the dust from his weights landing to disperse. "Maximum effort." Placing his sword into the ground behind him he used it as a starter block. Placing his foot against the flat side of his blade he got ready to run.
Kempachi braced against the sword but froze as he suddenly reappeared in front of Kanbei and unleashed a might punch into his face. It wouldn't kill him but the red mark left behind would be more than enough to show the difference in their power.

[attr="class","BOXU"] Do Not Be Seen Nor Heard "Shit work on the task at hand stick butt why are you doing extra activities" Bei sighed through his teeth as the boys summoned sticks to throw toward him and their sensei. Though he was sure he could not hear him he would be able to see Bei glare at him even though half of his face was covered the look in his eyes would be enough. It was in that second that he lost his pray who was his sensei, he sucked his teeth and flicked out his hand holding the tanto to deflect the black stick back to the boy who threw it. This was a mistake as the deflecting motion had left him wide open and his sensei happened to be standing right in front of him by this point. Luckily this would mean that the black rod was most likely now stuck into his sensei's left leg which if it was probably would mean that he would be slower. But unluckily this also meant that Kanbei had no defense for what was currently approaching his face. which is to say a punch one that effectively closed off Kanbei's world as he was sent flying through the air all he could see was blackness as his eyes were forced closed through the impact.
Soon Bei was crumpled on the ground at the foot of a tree that had forcibly stopped his forward progress. While he was not dead or seriously injured he did have the wind knocked out of him. Because of this he was currently crumpled at the foot of the tree unable to move trying to catch his breathe. He would not be able to move for quite some time. He hated that when he got punched he had dropped his Tanto in order to reach his hand out to grab the Bandanna, he had even touched it too before realizing it was the wrong side and not tugging at it before being sent away with the force of the punch. So here he was on his back looking up at the branches waiting until he had enough in him to stand back on his two feet to join the fight. He hoped no one else would succeed in the task without him. All Iro could do was watch. His eyes focused on the combat and the motions of everyone and how quickly they reacted. He couldn't move like that, he didn't think that fast and he wasn't that good a fighter. Iro's hands moved to his sides. His hands holding his scroll and and brushes. It was a comfort for him. He wasn't raised in the village so he still didn't feel at home. He was raised aboard a pirate ship and only found this place just to be thrown into the ninja academy. A relatively brutal experience that punished failure and rewarded success with harder tasks. Iro was at the bottom of his class in every course and this was why. Oni didn't produce ineffectual ninja.
Iro's heart sank when his sensei took off his weights and them used a massive sword as a running stop to gain leverage in the speed of the punch he used to knock the soul clean out of Kanbei. He didn't even notice his body was moving until Kanbei came crashing into him. Then the force of it came in waves as the two rolled to a stop. Irowata wasn't even close to ready to to catch a body and was very surprised to say the least. His head started to swirl as he caught his breath with Kanbei
